This 5-bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom home is located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach and has everything you will need for an unforgettable vacation. This gorgeous home mixes the aesthetic of modernity with the comforts of a waterfront family home. Don't wait, and come make amazing memories at your luxurious home away from home!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Ground Floor
Garage: Can park up to 2 vehicles in the garage, has an EV charger, refrigerator, 3 bikes, beach equipment including 8 beach chairs and a cooler, and pool toys.
Outdoors: Pool (not heated), pool loungers, outdoor dining for 6, a gas grill, resort-style sitting area with ceiling fans and a TV.
Second Floor
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, flat top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, knife block, and 4 bar stools.
Dining Area: Dining table with seating for 6 overlooking the intracoastal waters.
Living Room: Massive sectional sofa with a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, coffee table, coffee bar with Keurig, Nespresso, and drip coffee maker, sink, and wine cooler, and a work desk with dual monitors and a printer. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, and sink.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, dresser, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Toilet, double vanity sinks, and standing shower. No tub.
½ Bath: Single sink and toilet. No shower or tub.
Third Floor
Loft Sitting Area: Love seat, foosball table, retro Nintendo video game system, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and board games.
Bedroom #2: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a ceiling fan, reading chairs, a dresser, a wall-mounted TV, a walk-in closet, sliding doors out to the balcony overlooking the water with outdoor furniture, and a cold plunge. Has an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Double vanity sinks, toilet, a large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub with attachments.
Bedroom #3: King-size bed, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, dresser, wall-mounted TV, bookshelf, and en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Single vanity sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination.
Bedroom #4: Queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, dresser, wall-mounted TV, door to a balcony with sitting chairs, and door to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom.
Bathroom #4 (Jack-n-Jill): Sink, toilet, and standing shower. No tub.
Bedroom #5: Queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, dresser, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet, and door to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Can fit 2 cars in the vehicle, depending on the size of the vehicles, and up to 5-6 vehicles in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no street or grass parking.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.
