This can be your dream getaway at Indian Rocks Beach, Florida! Just 2 blocks from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf Coast. Our spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and endless entertainment for your beach-side escape.

Sleeping 14 comfortably, come indulge in the ultimate comfort with three luxurious king beds, two inviting queen beds, and a full-over-full bunk, ensuring the perfect sleeping haven for any group configuration. Beyond the bedrooms, discover a symphony of amenities, including two fully-equipped kitchens, two spacious living rooms, a charming tiki bar, an exhilarating game room, a captivating fire-pit, and an abundance of stylish lounge chairs surrounding the inviting heated pool with attached seating area. Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, our home is a mere two blocks away from the scenic Gulf Coast shoreline. Spend your days basking in the sun, building sandcastles, or enjoying the breathtaking sunsets that this beautiful destination has to offer.

With 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our retreat can comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends. Each bedroom is a place of relaxation, featuring plush bedding, ample storage, and beach-inspired decor. The master bedroom is the only room on the upper floor and has two queen beds and an en-suite bath. The two other non en-suite full baths are on the main level. The fourth bathroom entrance is located outside by the pool/tiki bar/game room area. The main level has an outside entry on both sides of the house and can be sectioned off into two areas, if desired, by a door connecting Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5. These two bedrooms connect the two living room/kitchen areas in the house. The bottom level is the game room which is separate from rest of living area and has it's own entry off the pool deck.

Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling heated pool (this home does not have a hot tub or spa) or unwind in the attached seating area, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The pool area features a tiki bar, providing the perfect spot for enjoying a cool beverage under the Florida sun.

Our home is a sanctuary for fun and games! Challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, shoot pool in the game room, or try your luck at the poker table. Enjoy the outdoors with corn-hole, connect-4, putt-putt, and various beach toys including surfboards and boogie boards.

For the ultimate gaming experience, head to the game room equipped with classic arcade games. Whether you're a gaming enthusiast or just looking for some nostalgic fun, there's something for everyone.

Guest will have access to the entire space.

Your host will be available to assist with anything throughout your stay.

We do require all guests to sign a contract and send a copy of their ID within 24 hours of us sending the contract out

We do welcome our younger guests between the ages of 18-25 with a $1000 refundable damage deposit.

Amenities/Games included: Ping Pong, Corn-hole, Surf/Boogie Boards, Pool Table, Connect-4, Poker Table, Arcade Games, Fire-Pit, Tiki Bar, Putt-Putt, Extensive Outdoor Seating, Bikes.

Pets are allowed with a $150 pet fee per pet

Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)
