Host up to 13 guests with ease, then take a 5-minute stroll to the best coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants in Kennebunkport. Traveling with kids? We are located directly next to the school playground for endless outdoor fun!

First floor: (there is a small 3-5 step staircase to get to the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)

We had a fantastic time with friends for Prelude and would definitely return. The trundles were tricky for our age group. Nobody wanted to get stepped on in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The space and the layout is great. In the Winter months more lighting is needed in the Parlor and in the living room, we imagine in the summer the natural light is amazing and wait to return in the Spring for a family wedding! Kitchen is incredibly equipped and bathrooms were great never ran out of hot water or pressure with 8 women getting ready at once!!
