Beautifully remodeled (8/2013) down to the windows. This condo is thoroughly maintained and looks just like it did the day it was renovated.

Enjoy a thoughtfully laid out floor plan that will give you space and comfort during your stay. The kitchen features full sized appliances, gas stove, ice maker, built in microwave, custom cabinets and granite counters. Stream all your favorite shows on our 4K smart TV. There are tile floors and a split system A/C. Enjoy a sectional couch and king size bed for you to start and end your day on. Worry free assigned parking that is close to the unit. Why Vicki Vaughan chose Kona Coast

This condo was totally remodeled (8/2013) and features full sized appliances, gas stove, granite counters in the kitchen and a full sized bathroom. A king size bed, sectional couch with a 40 inch smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, AC and assigned parking. The condo is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for your vacation. You will truly not want for anything during your stay.

The spectacular sunsets at the pool area will be unforgettable. And, since the pool is literally on the Pacific Ocean you may see dolphins playing, colorful fish, sea turtles, and when in season, humpback whales.

What makes this condo unique

The location of this property is amazingly central, close to downtown Kona and easy to get to! There are laundry facilities, bike rack, assigned parking, Wi-Fi and cable. The cabana and ocean side pool are just a moments walk from your unit.

Had a wonderful time! The condo was great-good location and well stocked. Loved visiting Kona Joe's for breakfast & coffee tasting. Makalawena beach was beautiful -the water was so clear, plus it wasn't crowded. The botanical gardens in Hilo were very cool. Thank you! We will be back!

Great place!

Vicki's condo was great! All the amenities needed, easy to locate, newly remodeled and great location just south of town. Green Flash coffee is a stones throw away and makes fantastic coffee/breakfast items. Very easy instructions from start to finish.

Additionally, Vicki really went above and beyond, having all kinds of beach gear (snorkel/fins, towels, beach mat, umbrella, kids toys, etc) available. She even brought another, new, toy bucket with shovels and such for our son!

Great Place To Stay

Vicki was a pleasure to deal with. The condo has everything you need and has beautiful upgrades. The sunsets from the complex are marvelous. We stayed on all 4 islands during our 4 week visit to the Hawaiin Islands and Vicki's condo was definitely our favorite accommodation. Thanks again Vicki.

Condo itself would be 5 stars. Lost a star for road noise and icy cold pool
