Amazing place to stay!

This beach cottage is so amazing & has the most awesome view of the ocean. The cottage is clean and has so many added little features that makes it quaint & cozy. The bed is comfy & the owner has gone out of her way to make sure U have everything U could possibly need for your stay. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quite. In the evenings we sat on the sun porch with the windows open & listened to the waves while watching rabbits & chipmunks play in the flowers. My husband made a You Tube video titled "8 Milestone Way, Mashpee Mass if U would like to see how great this place really is. We loved our week stay at this beautiful cottage & would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Mashpee MA.

Exceptional -Even in the rain

Cathy thought of everything! and the " Cottage" is amazing. Every detail is carefully thought out. Decoration is amazing in this one bedroom space.

Ocean views and beach access just add the sense of peace.

We walked on the private beach in the rain and all the other amenities just add to the experience.

Simply Outstanding

We stayed in Cathy's lovely condo while in the area for a wedding. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. First, the communication with Cathy was prompt and thorough, she made sure we had details of what to expect, the policies of the condo village, parking etc, before we arrived. The condo was just perfect for us (2 ppl). We cooked breakfast in every morning, Cathy keeps a well stocked and organized kitchen, with new appliances including a beautiful gas range and stainless steel dishwasher. We ate in the dining room watching the sun rise over the water, a view we never tired of. The shower was luxurious, felt like being in a spa! Cathy makes excellent use of small spaces creating plenty of storage area. The condo is clean, well cared for, and Cathy pays remarkable attention to detail. Lots of shopping/eating nearby, and we made a day trip to Woods Hole. The village is lovely, very short walk to beach, and walking paths nearby. We were there in November, so it was pretty quiet. I would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family/friends.

Views from this house are amazing. Inside is beautifully updated, fully equipped. Kathy even made sure everything was to our liking when we arrived. We will go back again.

simply charming condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Cathy's condo this October. We found it to be just as described in the listing : beautifully furnished to portray a "beachy" feel, immaculately clean and well stocked with just about everything you might need for a seaside getaway. Lovely view of the water from the sun porch and just a short drive into town to a large, upscale shopping district lined with food stores, restaurants, gift and clothing boutiques. Cathy is very easy to communicate with and her attention to detail shows in how she manages this lovely condo. Instructions were clear and complete and it was such a gift to not have to launder bed linens before departure. The condominium village has fabulous walking trails and the sandy beach is only a brief walk away. If you are considering renting this property, do it! You won't be disappointed!
