The space
We can’t wait to welcome you to our coastal getaway! Step onto the charming front porch, where rocking chairs and a porch swing invite you to soak in the ocean breeze. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water, a Keurig, and a Nespresso—perfect for your morning coffee. Off the kitchen, the garage doubles as a home gym, bike station, laundry area, and cozy seating nook. The open living and dining spaces are ideal for family meals and gathering together. Down the hall, you’ll discover a guest bathroom, two guest bedrooms (including one with a daybed, trundle, and twin), and a serene master suite with its own bathroom. Best of all? The sliding doors from the master open to the pool—you can fall asleep to the sound of the fountains! Outside, enjoy plenty of seating, a firepit, a pool gear bin, and a gate leading straight to the neighborhood nature preserve. And with the beach just 2 blocks away, you’re never far from the sand and surf—whether you walk or drive!
