Ubicado en un tranquilo vecindario residencial de familias y jubilados en su mayoría. Nuestra casa tiene tres habitaciones y dos baños completos. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas queen size y la otra habitación tiene literas. La cocina tiene todos los suministros y utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Hay una parrilla en la cubierta con mosquitero para hacer barbacoas. La casa también cuenta con lavadora y secadora. El barrio es muy tranquilo y pacífico con una piscina, estanque de pesca y fuentes. Las playas y el paseo marítimo están a solo unos minutos en coche. Hay muchos restaurantes, supermercados y centros comerciales ubicados convenientemente cerca. No hay impuesto sobre las ventas en Delaware. Mariscos frescos y productos locales están fácilmente disponibles en granjas y mercados locales. Camarones, cangrejos azules, ostras y maíz son especialidades locales. Los mercados locales de agricultores abren todos los días.

Las reservas son actualmente solo semanales, de sábado a sábado durante el verano. A partir de septiembre comenzaremos a aceptar reservas de semana parcial.

Perfect Family House for Beach Vacation in Rehoboth

We only have very positive things to report. Our stay was perfect. House was very clean and nice. Kitchen had everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and in good shape including the mattresses. There were toys and games for the kids. The patio was perfect cause it has mosquito protection nets. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Can only recommend to book this house. We had an amazing time. The only little thing was that the grill had an empty gas bottle and no replacement. But it didn’t bother us

Thanks for the nice review. There are 2 full propane tanks in the house at the beginning of summer. When the last one is empty, guests can trade one in for a full one at several nearby locations, and I will reimburse them for it. This is the first year that both tanks were empty before the end of summer but this summer was completely booked, and you were the last guest. Glad you had a "amazing" time. Sorry about the empty propane Thanks again.

Quiet house to return to

The house is located in a well maintained neighborhood in a quiet area. It is far enough from Coastal Highway that there is little traffic and no noise, but close enough to be at shopping, dining, Rehoboth Ave. w/in minutes. Property was ready when we arrived. We supplied our own linen/towels as agreed. Just needed more bed pillows. We purchased some at the outlets and Walmart and left them behind for future guests (honestly would have taken them with us if we hadn’t filled the car with all the other outlet shopping we did). Will definitely consider renting this property again.

Hi Matthew, Thanks for your nice review. Thanks for leaving the pillows too. There are plenty of pillows in the house at the beginning of the summer rental season. A few things always seem to "disappear" along the way, by the end of summer. I'm sure it's unintentional of course.

Great Location!

The house was very nice, we had plenty of room for everyone to have there own space especially having two living spaces made it very convenient for the adults to have a T.V and the kids to have a separate area. We were close to all the shops and great restaurants that Rehobeth has to offer. The drive to the beach took about 15 minutes only because of traffic and I'm pretty sure we went on one of the busiest weeks of the year. The screened in porch was my favorite part, it's very peaceful and relaxing drinking your coffee on the back deck. The house was fully equipped for all the dinner dishes I made there. My only complaint and the reason for the 4 stars was the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. I'm not a fan of the memory foam mattress. But I would definitely recommend the house to anyone.

The master bedroom mattress has already been replaced. It was a new mattress, still under warranty, and exactly the same mattress as the one in the front bedroom which was purchased at the same time. Both were top spring mattresses, not memory foam.

Great stay for a family

The property was clean and perfectly setup for my family. We really wanted a place away from the usual fray, to be close to area beaches without being right in the middle of the vacationer action. Frank was super helpful. We will definitely aim to stay again sometime.

It was a nice house; We would definitely recommend the place to others.

We had a real nice time. Very nice home. Our check in day was delayed by a couple hours because the cleaning staff were running late. It was a little uncomfortable as we tried to stay out of their way. The homeowner's appeared to be very responsive for the previous tenants pointed out the master bedroom mattress was worn and very uncomfortable. They delivered the new mattress while we were there, which was awesome, although my husband helped carry it in with the poor realtor on his day off. All and all it was a nice trip and would recommend the place to others.

Very nice vacation rental

My husband and children had a great stay here. The house was very nice, good floor plan for a family with children. We loved sitting on the screen porch. The neighborhood was lovely, very quiet nice for walking/biking with the kids. The community pool was also very nice generally pretty quiet. The location of the house itself was great, not far from the beach and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

My wife and I spent most of the previous weekend cleaning and preparing the house. Since our efforts fell short, apparently, we have hired professional cleaners for the remainder of the vacation rental season.
