Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat in Hilton Head, SC! This pristine condo features an open floor plan and a spacious deck, ideal for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. Equipped with all the essentials, including a private washer/dryer, free wireless internet, and three streaming-capable TVs, this condo ensures you have everything you need for a comfortable stay—just pack your clothes and get ready for fun!
The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a cozy love seat that converts into a twin sleeper, while the primary bath offers fresh towels and a fixed grab bar in the shower for your convenience. You will also find a streaming-capable TV and direct access to the deck, making it the perfect private haven. The secondary bedroom features two twin beds with a streaming-capable TV and connects to a bathroom that also has a fixed grab bar in the shower, the kids will love it! Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, ensuring a cool and restful night’s sleep.
After a day at the beach, biking, or exploring, relax in the inviting vaulted ceiling living room, where you can watch TV, read in the ‘reading corner’, play games or foosball. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar that seats three, as well as a dining area that seats six for a family dinner.
Step outside onto the large deck, complete with a built-in bench, gas grill, and ample seating—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a barbecue. What a great condo. Exceptionally clean! And I appreciated that it was not overly decorated with a million knick-knacks. It's a lovely calming environment. We watched football with the sliding glass door open and the screen pulled close. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 10 years and this unit is top 3 stays. And bonus, very close to the General Store for walks to get coffee or late night ice cream. We will return to this condo. Ryan was easy to work with and responsive to questions etc.

Perfect beach get away!

This is a perfect location inside Palmetto Dunes, it is so family friendly with lots to do! Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Easy beach access you can get to by driving or riding bikes! I would highly recommend to anyone!

We're originally from the midwest and started vacationing in Hilton Head in the late 90's. Needless to say, it didn't take long for us to fall in love with the weather and everything HHI has to offer.

We now live just outside of Charlotte, NC with our two beautiful daughters - the driving force behind our villa purchase in 2013. We couldn't think of a better way to spend our time together than building sand castles, riding our bikes and dining at the wonderful restaurants.

Location, location, location. You can easily walk to the beach, Palmetto Dunes golf courses, tennis courts and restaurants from our front door.

What makes this property unique

We feel the single level open floorplan is perfect for our family. We also love that we're located in the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort community with access to all that it offers.
