Beautiful Beach Block 5 Bedroom home with Elevator access to all 3 floors. The first floor consist of 2 bedrooms and a bonus room which contains a wet bar/sink, tv, and couch. The 2nd floor consists of the main living area, dining, kitchen and one bedroom. Hardwood floors throughout, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. A spacious covered deck is off the living area with great views. The 3rd floor has the remaining 3 bedrooms with a private deck off the master. Plenty of off street parking and just a short walk to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and promenade!
