Disfruta del Pacífico desde tu propia casa con encanto e histórica frente al mar. Este hogar independiente, de un solo nivel, en español es único en su clase. Construida en 1930, esta casa es una de las últimas propiedades unifamiliares originales en el paseo marítimo. Este alquiler tiene un público fiel que regresa año tras año. La cubierta envolvente proporciona un montón de espacio al aire libre para toda la familia. Ofrece una vista al mar sin obstáculos desde una de las mejores ubicaciones en Mission Beach, cerca de Belmont Park y Pacific Beach. Tiene una gran terraza justo en el paseo marítimo, con mesas de picnic y barbacoa de gas. En la cubierta lateral hay un pozo de fuego de gas con dos cómodos bancos para el entretenimiento. Great Ocean Side Property

Had a great time staying in this home while attending a conference in San Diego. It provided everything our group needed in a beautiful setting. Being right on the beach was part of the highlight of our trip. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants.

If I just don’t show up

If I ever go missing look for me here. The property is fantastic. Yes it is busy on the beach walk but that is part of the fun. Saw some amazing humorous things going on and no one was disrespectful. Parking is tight in the garages but there is room to park a Lincoln Navigator if you know how to drive. I did. I will be back and will rent the rooftop 2 bedroom unit also.

Beach Birthday weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to celebrate my father in laws 70th Birthday. The house has great beach character and was exactly what we expected in size and location. The deck is quite spacious and great to relax to watch the day go by. The one thing I was quite disappointed in was the BBQ. It was one of the only specific things I inquired about and even double checked to make sure there would be enough propane to cook the Birthday dinner. When I turned the grill on it took quite a bit to get it going. Once it was lit 2 of the 4 burners actually went out and the other 2 only heated the grill to about 80 degrees. Needless to say we could not use it and had to change our entire dinner plan and cook the food inside. We made due but it was a huge disappointment. There were some burned out light bulbs and the wifi quit working for while but the property manager came by and had it working in a short time. All in all I would rent the property again.

AMAZING VIEWS AND GREAT HOUSE

HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND LAYOUT WAS GREAT. VIEWS WERE AMAZING. AMENITIES WERE A LITTLE THIN AND HONESTLY COULD BE DONE BETTER AT THE LUXURY PRICEPOINT. SIMPLE THINGS LIKE, TP, SOAPS, PAPER TOWELS WERE THE LOWEST GRADE POSSIBLE AND USUALLY EXPECT AN ELEVATED EXPERIENCE AT CERTAIN PRICE POINTS. THE LIST OF RULES WERE MANY PAGES LONG AND I SEEMED TO BE FAR MORE INTERESTED IN CONTROLLING WHO COULD STAY AT THE HOUSE (EVEN THOUGH IT'S ADVERTISED FOR MORE THAN 10 AND BROUGHT 6), THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU IF ANYONE NOT ON YOUR LIST IS AT THE HOUSE, WHICH QUITE HONESTLY IS A BIT OUT OF LINE. WE HAD 2 REPAIR PEOPLE SHOW UP OUT OF NOWHERE ON SATURADAY & SUNDAY THAT SAID (WE CALLED THEM, ...WE DID NOT) & FELT LIKE THEY WERE THERE TO CHECK ON THE HOUSE AND MAKE SURE NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS WERE AT THE HOUSE. WIERD EXPERIENCE IN THAT REGARD. WE ARE ALL 50 YEARS OLD AND EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS PEOPLE, SO IT CAME OFF INSULTING. OVERALL IT WAS REALLY NICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND, HOWEVER IT COULD USE AN OVERHAUL ON THE GUESTS EXPEREIENCE WITH MANAGEMENT & AMENITIES.

Mission Beach

Overall, the unit was great for our extended family of 8 adults and 4 kids under 7. It had plenty of rooms, bathrooms and patio space. However, for the amount of money we were paying, there were several shortcomings:1.The back patio with the hot tub was extremely dirty, with a lot of garbage between the wall and hot tub.2. The kitchen pots and pan were pretty pathetic (spend 300-500 and buy some good stuff).3. One of the boogie boards was thrashed and should be replaced.

Mission Beach

The location, bedrooms/baths and kitchen dishes, pans, etc.were great! The only downside was deferred maintenance issues that hadn't been addressed prior to our stay. Two of the air conditioners made horrible noises during the night and had to be shut off. (Because one day was a holiday no one was available to fix them for 3 days!)The screen doors on each of the patios wouldn't slide due to sand and salt air exposure. Only two of the burners on the grill were operable.

Perfect Spot for large families

We had a lovely time staying here. Perfect location surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The extra parking spaces plus garage spaces (we booked the main house and the condo) are a huge bonus as we live locally and had many cars, and parking during summer months can be a challenge. Will definitely be booking again for next summer!

Great visit!! Perfect location

We enjoyed the beach and staying on the boardwalk. Everything was within walking distance! So many amazing coffee shops and good dinners!! I would recommend hitting a bigger grocery store before the stay, but overall a fantastic week!!

Beautiful location - we loved it

Just stay here if you can. The location and the open areas in the back/side are priceless. There are a few minor things which could be improve d, but the place is awesome as it is. If staying with kids check out the plunge pool and Belmont park.

Summertime Bliss!

This place was perfect for my family and friends! It is the best home away from home we have ever visited! If you are looking for white carpet and somewhere you are afraid to sit down, then this is not the place for you! This is a comfy, cozy place with lots of character. A place where you can put your feet up on the coffee table and relax while watching the waves break. The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you need to have a truly worry-free vacation. Plenty of towels, glasses, plates, silverware, and a dishwasher to take care of them. It had a blender for margaritas, surfboards for the teenagers and the B-B-Q could be used while watching the sunset on the ocean. The fire pit was perfect for the cool evenings and when it got a little too chilly, we would hop into the warm jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. This place is a gem and a great time was had by all. We are already planning our next visit!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was a perfect getaway for my family during the pandemic. Sitting on the beach was not allowed, but we had a big beautiful deck to sit on, watch people walk on the beach, and enjoy surfing and waves. The management company was wonderful to work with. They provided all the information we needed upfront and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back some day!!

The "Hacienda House" was perfect for our family. The house was clean, well furnished.

On the beach

Older house that needs some update.. small things like missing plates covering electrical outlets. No bars in closets to hang clothing. The door combination did not work for the gate leading to the hot tub, we had to go through an occupied bedroom or out through a window in another bedroom. The house was fairly well supplied with bedding, dish ware, towels etc. The location is wonderful with access to the beach and wonderful views.

Great weekend getaway

This property is an older beach home. This is all about location. We had a couple of minor issues but the management company was on top of it and everything worked out great. We really enjoyed our time at this house!

Would not stay here again.

We were very disappointed upon check in. For many reasons. Mostly that the pictures/description for this house online are very misleading. The biggest issues we had were: -Mold covering the shower curtain (was replaced on our 2nd day there) and mold covering the grout in the shower. -Missing patio furniture. The photos show 4 lounge chairs and 4 regular chairs with an outside dining table. There were only two lounge chairs and no patio chairs. (Missing 6/8 chairs). Were told they would have to order more online but wouldn’t be available while we were staying there. -Sliding glass door broken. Won’t lock. Screen door to the patio door was laying on the ground on the other side of the patio deck and unable to go back on the track. -Closets in bedrooms and halls all full of old lamps, mirrors, and broken fans. We couldn’t store our luggage or clothing in closets bc they were full of old junk. -It was HOT and no AC which we knew prior, but we were told there would be ceiling fans and floor fans for each room and only the ceiling fans worked. Property manager did bring out fans the next day. -Living room table is broken and pops open. Pinched my 4 year olds fingers. Safety hazzard for little kids. Employee tried to fix it but couldn’t. -TV didn’t work in 2/3 bedrooms. Employee couldn’t get it to work. -Two broken shelves in fridge. -When we checked in the curtain rods were broken and rods and curtains covering front large sliding doors were laying on the floor. Employee came and fixed. -The bathtub was BLACK. Stained black. So gross to bathe your young kids in or stand in to shower. Employee came to try to clean it but after scrubbing and scrubbing said it was stained. -The online listing says two bathrooms but only shows a photo of one bathroom. The reason they didn’t show the second bathroom is bc it’s the size of an airplane bathroom, has zero airflow and is pretty much useless. It smelled horribly like urine and was so hot no one used it the entire time we were there. What I did like about the house— LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Beautiful location right on the boardwalk. The patio was great for grilling and hanging out. Sunsets were incredible. The parking is nice and close and although it’s only one spot, you can easily fit two cars/SUV’s tandom. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee maker and pots and pans. Bedding and beds were comfortably. Hot tub was awesome, right on the patio! House needs renovated BAD!
