3 Bedroom 2 Bath detached house - sleeps 8: 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the center bedroom, 1 single and 2 twin bunks in the corner bedroom..
Additionally, there is a roll-away bed and 2 cots which may be used in the different bedrooms. And in the cabana, there is a futon. There is a Graco Pack 'n Play Playard with extra mattress and sheets for infants.
The Candelore family is happy to offer the home as a year-round vacation rental.
It is one of the few single story homes left on the boardwalk. There are no steps to climb. The house does not share walls or floor with any other unit. There are no units above or below!
For overflow lodging, the house may be rented with an upper studio in the rear of the property. VRBO 592163. The studio features a queen size bed, kitchen, and bathroom. It comes with its own shared access to a small portion of the patio (southern most). If you have larger group, consider renting the studio ... and get a good night's sleep!
Consider staying during off-peak season times.
If families want to get together to book for 4 weeks at a time, then the city enforced Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 10.5% will be refunded to you.
There is off-street parking for 2 large SUVs.

There is a small cabana that opens towards the ocean (boardwalk side) and also to the enclosed patio area.
The cabana features a futon, mini-refrigerator, Vizio TV with PS3 game system, and the following 'toys': boogie boards, corn hole game, foam surfboard, and a number of infant sand toys.
New: Sound system and exterior speaker system for front patio. This is in addition to 200-watt portable boombox.
Enjoy reading the paper, sipping coffee, while looking out on the breaking surf!
The city usually places their portable lifeguard station, #17, right at El Carmel Place or a block away to the South. This means that during the summer there will be a lifeguard close to the house. This is good for younger children!
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:
There is NO SMOKING in the house including electronic cigarettes, and absolutely NO HOOKAHs anywhere on the property.
No 'events' can be held at the beach house. There can be NO fraternity or sorority parties or reunions (which would attract a very large number of people).
Maximum number of people in the deck area is 15 people.
Our insurance only covers renters over the age of 25; therefore, you must be 25 or older to book this property. Please show your valid driver's license or government ID at check-in, and plan to be present to supervise all other guests under the age of 25.
Drunken behavior, underage drinking, drugs, and loud noise/music will result in the police being called and immediate termination of the vacation rental.
