Canal access offers tons of wildlife, fishing and easy kayak or boat access for both fishermen and nature lovers. Only a 10-15min drive to amphitheater or Uber to downtown St. Augustine and just minutes away to drive your vehicle on to the beautiful white sand of Crescent Beach. This wonderfully renovated cottage will give you a taste of the real sunshine state.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
When checking out simply leave any used towels in the basket, run the dishes and put the trash in the bin outside. Trash goes to the road on Sunday nights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had everything there we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great value with a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants and a bar also in easy walking distance. A short drive to the historic district to the north and state parks, a National Monument, and fishing opportunities to the south. We would definitely stay again in we head that way again.

This is a well cared for cottage that is clean and quiet. Close to many attractions, but we were able to see wonderful local wildlife, including dolphins swimming down the canal behind the cottage. If we are back in the area, we hope to stay here again.

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed it. The home felt cozy and welcoming right away, and the plants both inside and outside added a wonderful touch that made the space feel calm and lived-in. It’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the atmosphere of the home.Everything we needed for a short stay was available, and communication from the host was helpful, responsive, and easy throughout the stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect location! Historic St Augustine 10 min away. Can walk to Crescent Beach. We love to hike and we were close to many parks. Mantanza inlet we saw Osprey, dolphins, starfish and more. Our host, Matt recommended great restaurants. Any question he promptly replied. Plenty of fluffy towels, kitchen items, TV channels for the evenings home. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent 2week stay! Really enjoyed having our morning coffee & evening beverage on the back porch. Everything was fairly new and clean. We walked or rode our bikes on the beach almost everyday. The beach is about 10 min walk (depending on how long it takes to cross A1A). The neighborhood is very quiet with a mix of old & new builds. (It is very dark at night so bring a flashlight) Very easy to get on & off the island. Biggest plus, we could bring our dog
