We are a local family, artist and builders. We have worked in the STR market for years building, cleaning and maintaining luxury vacation rentals in Asheville area. Now we have one of our own. We purchased this house, which was in dire need of some attention, and remodeled it completely. Only with the goal of having a rental property to share with others. This house has all of our personal touches and reflects our own unique style. I hope you enjoy staying in our beautiful newly rebuilt house.

We love Marshall, a small town full of art, music and outdoor activities. From the coffee shops to the best cycling in the mountains this is the town we call home.

With this property we were able to build a clean, elegant space with the best materials and artistic finishes. From the hardwood floors to marble walls, custom-made cabinetry, to unique concrete countertops. This property is one of a kind.
