Dream vacation

  • 5 of 5

The river was spectacular. It was so nice to have the floating docks and ladders at both ends. The kids enjoyed the rope swings. The water was deep with shallows on the other side so it was perfect for all ages. Both houses were spotless. Enjoyed the deer, armadillo, rabbits, raccoons, squirrels, and birds. We saw our first Vermilion Flycatchers! We had a campfire each night in the fire pit. This is the place to stay if you want to get away. It is very secluded and quiet. We have been two summers and will make this our annual family vacation. The owner is easygoing and helpful.

Great place for family getaway!

  • 5 of 5

Cabin was super clean and had everything we needed! Even satellite was available and we didn't have to miss the Aggie baseball game! 👍🏼 Water was fantastic! Loved the seclusion of it and the kids had a blast with the rope swing! Loved watching the fish in clear water! Saw lots of wildlife while enjoying coffee in the yard in the mornings. Will be back! Thank you!

Exclusive River Access was Awesome!!!

  • 5 of 5

We were finally able to find a place that could accommodate my three brothers and all of our kids!!! This was the perfect place.

Having access to both the house and the cabin was ideal for our group.

The watering holes are much nicer than the pictures can accurately convey, especially with the paddle boat and rope swings!!

Thanks Teddy for being so accommodating!!!

We WILL return again!!!
