This beautiful beachfront home is located on the bluffs of Encinitas just minutes away from the beach and offers a wonderful floor plan. The home has 2 bathrooms, 2 baths, a bonus room and a large deck that comes with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean! It has a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a sofa sleeper/Murthy bed in the living room. Enjoy the unbelievable views, the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, gorgeous sunsets, and playing in the ocean!

Location and view are the two highlights. The shifting of or reservation from the VRBO app to CASAGO was odd and that led to odd things we never experienced with vacation rentals like paying one portion directly through VRBO and a final payment through another platform. The 10-digit security code for the door is ridiculous. Why not use a 4 or 6 digit code?There was no property binder with detailed property rules, check in or check out procedures. Window cleaners showed up at 9am on our final day and were able to peer in the windows including the bathroom window without prior notice or warning. Master bed mattress is due to be replaced.

Bluff top fun

The oceanfront deck is the star here. Very pleasant, but constantly breezy. Comfy beds and sofa. Well appointed kitchen. Nice neighbors. Some eateries are walkable as are the beaches. I was happily surprised to find beach toys, soft boards and chairs in the garage and easy street parking.

Great views of the ocean. Located near beach. Beach toys and chairs available. Beds were uncomfortable. Sent multiple messages/texts regarding crib/high chair availability without response.

Great location

Unbeatable location in Encinitas. Cliff side deck and views of surf and beach were special. Our November stay was very cool and very foggy but that didn’t really detract from our enjoyment of the location. We would have appreciated a welcome letter with suggestions about things to do in the area and also specific instructions for the home including tips and information about pertinent things like WiFi, operating the remotes for the tv, laundry, fireplace, what to do with trash and recycling, etc …. The bedding and towels and pillows are tired and not updated and frankly, very uncomfortable. . The lighting is harsh, and while we definitely appreciate using energy efficient light bulbs, there are soft light options which would have enhanced the ambiance. The kitchen supplies were old and chipped and even sticky to the touch so that we had to wash everything before we used it. The floor was also sticky and dusty. The views and location were wonderful but the home itself needs updating.

Gorgeous sunset views!

The house was beautiful inside and had enough room for the family and guests to visit. It was located in a quiet area of town between Moonlight Beach and Stepping Stone Beach. We watched dolphins jump and surfers in the morning and had a spectacular view the sunset in the evening. There are many excellent restaurants in walking distance or a bike ride away. The house offered many amenities: bicycles, surf boards, boogie boards, wet suits, sand castle supplies, beach chairs, beach blankets and towels. It was a perfect beach getaway!

Property was nice but a bit older than expected. Two rooms were roomy but third room not great for two people. We weren't on outdoor deck much. Very overcast most of the time during our stay. Property is high on a bluff so beach wasn't easily accessible.

Great House, Amazing Location

if you want to go to the San Diego area, come here! out of the rat race, enjoy the great little beach town of Encinitas. The house is amazing, everything you need, right where you want it, nothing between you and the ocean!!

Christmas vacation on the beach

We really enjoyed this property. I woke up Christmas morning and the dolphins were jumping and playing in the waves as they rolled in. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Best location and deck you can find.

We had a wonderful 5 week stay. Amazing neighborhood with tons of fantastic donning options. The view from the deck can’t be beat. Neighbors are all very friendly.

Awesome Views

Meeting at the property for a family get away was a great experience. The views from the house and balcony are incredible. The treks to the beach were a little difficult for the older members but still a great time was had by all.

Great deck, inside needs improvement

Great views from the deck. Cooking here was not easy, gas grill did not work even after nice neighbor brought over new propane tank. Other grill was filthy and not worth going out to buy charcoal. Kitchen is a hodgepodge of appliances that were dirty and missing pieces (no motor for blender) we had to clean pans and dishes before using. Beds had worn sheets and coverings lumpy pillows and were uncomfortable. Other furniture uncomfortable and badly worn. Beach towels provided were stained and full of holes. Deck was the best part of this property.

A break from snow and cold

You can’t beat the location on this one. We had a delightful time watching the surfers and dolphins from the deck. Property company very responsive and addressed one issue satisfactorily. Furnishings slightly dated but would definitely stay here again.

property managers accessible and responsive to few issues. Great patio furnished wonderfully for outdoor wallowing. 2 chaises, several chairs and a couple couches and coffee table.....incredible view from the cliff patio. Very comfortable indoor furniture, aesthetically pleasing. Steep stone stairs from driveway in to the house but once in if you bring food supplies you don’t have to leave. lots of places that deliver. Address not visible from street but neighbor pointed out which driveway to enter. Senior consideration if 3rd bedroom needed: Very small 3rd bedroom down a winding wrought iron staircase and no bathroom downstairs. And washer and dryer is downstairs. Would stay again in a heartbeat! I wrapped up and practically lived on the patio.

Amazing View

We loved this house so much! It was the perfect fit for our family of 6. This was the first time our kids have been to the ocean and having the ocean view right off the back deck was priceless. Best. Vacation. Ever!
