Unique Ocean Front Beach House

This is our families beautiful 2 story cabin by the sea that has been in the family for about 40 years. There is very open living space with a warm country/beachy style perfect for families, groups of friends, beach bums, vacationers, yogis, artists, visiting bikers & race enthusiasts. If you love the beach, you're in luck because it's just a quick walk across Florida's scenic and historic coastal byway, A1A, to get toes in the water and butt in the sand.. :)

The space
There are stairs that you'll have to use to go into the house. We have plenty of kitchen appliances you are welcome to use. We have three bedrooms and two small bathrooms. We do have secure parking and plenty of parking space because we own the lot next door.
Guest access
You're welcome to access the whole house (It is two story and everything is on top story). The only thing below is a garage. We are literally a 1 minute walk from the beach! We also have 3 bicycles here that you are welcome to use along with some kids beach toys. Remember please, if you break them, you buy them.
I will give you instructions for check in and leave the keys for you to enter. I'll give you my cell phone and if you need anything or have an emergency, you're welcome to call or text me.
Our family is opening our place up to vacationers and we ask that you please treat it as if it were your families.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet with many dog lovers walking their animals, people walking/jogging, or bicycling. Right down the street there are many great places to eat, be entertained, and great night life. There are many parks nearby and Marine land 14 miles away. Lehigh Greenway Rail Trail is 9 miles. Moody Park on the intracoastal is 1.2 miles. Publix is 2.3 miles. Other places very close by (within walking distance) are Breakaways, Golden Lion, Turtle Shack, Funky Pelican, Finns, just to name a few.

Getting around

We are right across the road from the beach with a wooden walk over in front of our house. We're about 5 blocks from the nearest restaurant/bar. We are within walking or biking/driving distance of downtown Flagler beach which has many neat local places to shop around and enjoy. We are also approximately 30 minutes from Daytona Beach and St Augustine.
