Need a peaceful getaway? We got what you need. This tranquil house is clean and updated with unobstructed lake views. This fall has been beautiful. Whether you sit by the fireplace or out at a firepit you can enjoy time in nature. Perfect for last minute getaway for a couple or small family. Plenty of room to spread out. The finished basement with pool table, air hockey, and tv is perfect for game nights or movie nights. Fall in love with the Berkshires and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Close to Lee and Lenox. Close to skiing and hiking. Come explore or do nothing at all.

We offer stand up paddle boards and kayaks from Mid May until November.
Swim at your own risk. Ice skate at own risk in the winter. The lake does have a variety of fish and is catch and release.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock basement door, sliding door and the main mud room doors. The smartlock - please just lock the top lock. Close and lock all windows.
Temperature/Thermastats - In the summer (warm weather - heat can be turned off) AC can be set in summer to 74. (OFF from fall through June. (close fireplace flue when not using.. animals and heat)
Especially in the summer when many towels are used it helps to wash and dry towels ( they help keep costs down)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties and no events. We have a strict no events and/or house party policy. Please understand that you will be asked to leave immediately.
Guests / renters are responsible for damage or broken items. They must compensate for any issues.
This is a lake front property. No lifeguards. You must monitor your party in the water. No diving. This is swim at your own risk.

Thank you for sharing your home, lave view is beautiful and so peaceful. You thought of everything as to what a house guest would need. Love the layout and openness. When we did need something, Will was very quick to respond. Would definitely come back.

My wife and I have always wanted a getaway for our family. She is a nurse practitioner and I am a school social worker. We started hosting in 2021 at our place in Gardiner, New York. I really enjoy sharing our spot with travelers. We opened the Berkshire Lakefront Retreat a little over a year ago and believe we found another special spot to share with guests and their families.

Why they chose this property

The scene is a quiet, relaxing and beautiful spot right on Big Robin lake. Every time we go we never want to leave. We have enjoyed getting to know the Berkshires and love to explore.

What makes this property unique

It is simple, open, comfy and roomy. Just stare out to the lake. We have our own little beach and dock. Room for the family.
