Completely renovated downtown second floor apartment with open floor plan, located in historical downtown Lee. This apartment is equipped with everything you need for a get away in the Berkshires. Kitchen provides new stainless appliances along with everything you would need to create a meal or snack. Kitchen is open to dining room & living room. Living room is equipped with TV and WIFI. Bed room is equipped with a queen size bed & plenty of space for storage.
Central air & heat provided. All linens & towel are provided. All you need is to unpack, relax & enjoy.

Nice, cozy apartment and key number to get in door, and not have to worry about keeping up with a key card. Within walking distance of great restaurants and town is quaint. Easy to travel to nearby cities.

Comfy and Convenient

Well appointed and right near shopping and restaurants. We were here with our two 13 year olds and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone and so great they allow pets!

Great location right in charming downtown Lee! Easy check-in/out. Decent sized apartment with multiple spaces. Easy to get to lots of local places/museums/etc. Quick and easy stroll for food. Only real downsides are: 1) lack of windows/sunlight as the only windows in the unit are in the bedroom, which face the alley way (and the interior ceiling light bulbs that are used are very bright white and aggressive). and 2) no body wash was available despite letting the host know.

A Peaceful Abode

The Apartment sits above a commercial store in the center of Lee,MA. It is short walks away from EVERY enterprise in Lee, be it clothing stores, law offices,or restaurants. A delightful living room adjacent to an excellent kitchen assembly, this property is a Godsend for those seeking tranquility and normalcy. A real treasure!

Lovely Apartment

Emmy is a superb hostess/manager. The apartment is clean, well-maintained with a fully stocked kitchen. It is in the center of Lee and its location enables one to easily access all downtown facilities with ease and limited walking. Superb location!

Fun weekend in downtown Lee

Thanks, Emmy, for a great visit. The apartment was exactly what we hoped for, clean and convenient to downtown and to all things in the Berkshires. We explored and relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our getaway over a beautiful October weekend. I'd recommend the apartment to anyone who wants that in-town setting and wishes to explore all that the area has to offer. Great host, thank you!

It was great! Tennis and a lake to swim in and Jacob’s Pillow and Shakespeare And Tanglewood. I loved The Starving Artist for Sunday breakfast. The location was fantastic and the apartment was spacious and comfortable and clean😊

Great proximity to key attractions

We wanted to visit Tanglewood and the Norman Rockwell Musuem. Emmy's place is in the perfect location to do both easily. Located in the quaint town of Lee, we were surrounded by cute stores and restaurants (and I could walk to Starbucks every morning). I was travelling with my 84 year old Mom and our stay was very comfortable. Everything was clean, appliances modern, and super easy to access the space. There are stairs to navigate, keep that in mind if you have mobility issues, and parking is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. If you can, park in front of the unit to unload your luggage and then go park. Thanks Emmy!

A Hidden Gem in the Berkshires!

This apartment was just perfect. Most importantly to me, it was spotlessly clean! It was also fully equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable - ice already made in the fridge - cocktail shaker and wine bottle opener - coffee maker with several coffee and tea choices. Soft bathroom towels. Great shower. A/C was on and the apartment was cold upon arrival on our 90 degree day. Beds were comfortable. It appeared to us that the host thought of everything when it came to comfort. The location was amazing. We walked to dinner at night and breakfast in the morning using recommendations left on the kitchen table - Great choices, Emmy! Parking was free and close by. Communication with Emmy was fast and easy. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!
