The Space:

Located in the prestigious Kiawah Island Golf Resort, your 2BR/2BA villa features a breezy balcony overlooking the lagoon plus a laid-back living space with a wet bar. Fix favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen after a day of Atlantic adventures.



The beach and bike paths are a short walk from your door, as is Kiawah Island’s Turtle Point Golf Course.



LIVING AREA



Find new furniture and updated decor in the welcoming living room, which features a sleeper sofa and love seat. Fix a refreshing beverage at the posh wet bar, then settle in for movie night on the 65” flat-screen TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



Plenty of counter space makes meal preparation simple. Whip up delicious recipes with an array of helpful gadgets.



Gather for meals at a dining table for six.



BED & BATH



The villa accommodates up to six guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.



Tranquility awaits in the master suite, detailed with a king bed and a 40” TV. The en-suite bathroom features an en-suite tub/shower combination and a bright double vanity.



The guest room is appointed with a queen bed, XL twin bed, and a flat-screen TV. The shared en-suite bathroom, which is also accessible via the hallway, features an updated sparkling tub/shower combination.

Condo was nice and had been updated. The condos are older units but this had been brought up to date. The HOA could spend some money on the exterior like the owner had to the inside and the overall feel would only be that much better. I hope to use it again and highly reccomend the condo. Very close to all the golf courses as well as the Sanctuary.

Beautiful condo

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and super quiet. We especially enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. The beach was beautiful and only a short pleasant walk from the condo.

This was a great space to stay as a family of 5. We enjoyed the quick access to the playground, trails, quiet night vibes, calm mornings next to the ponds, and easy use of the parking lot. The home itself was very clean and easy to find what we needed to prepare meals and clean. Our kids enjoyed sitting & watching the alligators/birds/wildlife in the pond from the screened-in porch. We loved the ability to quickly travel to the parks, cafe, Sanctuary, and all of the excellent dining options on Kiawah. The beach was super close as well. Highly recommend checking out Freshfields as well for all of your grocery, sundry, and setup needs. We hope to return soon!

Great location, comfortable

This was a great condo to stay in. Great location! We loved watching 2 alligators sunning on the grass most days and there were lots of birds around in the lagoon. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Some screens were loose on bottom in screened in porch which might be a problem during a buggy time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the property! Only dings are that the stove top didn't work during our stay and the walk to the beach was a little longer than expected. Overall, it was wonderful!

Not a good experience!

We had a terrible time due to many Palmetto bugs. They were even in our shoes! Also we had to make many inquries to get a code for our entry access. Would not stay there again!

Bad check in information

Vacasa check information was completly wrong. Door code was wrong and WiFi password was wrong. Took multiple phone calls and texts to get the correct information. Not a good experience.
