The house was comfortable, well stocked with things you might need and was immaculate. Check in and out was super easy. The only thing was trash was overflowing outside at the dumpster.

Amazing hosts who accomodated a trip change due to wildfires in oir original destination. Communication was fantastic and so fast. The home is super clean and cozy, our entire family of 4 enjoyed the stay. The location in Montrose was easy to navigate and it is a great town. If you are visiting Ouray, Silverton, Million Dollar Highway, Telluride, or Black Canyon of the Gunnison we highly recommend Montrose as a base and this home.

Xavier is an awesome host. We had a minor glitch with the VRBO app, and he called me at check-in to provide his direct contact information in case we had any issues. We didn’t have any issues but had some questions and he responded swiftly. The house is new, spacious, and beds are comfortable. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. We are in the area regularly and will stay here again.

The house was amazing! Loved how close we were to shops and restaurants. We got a spectacular view of multiple rainbows when we arrived. Major plus being able to park in the garage!

We had a lovely stay! Your home is beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed to make us comfortable. It was so nice to have a garage! Views of the mountains made for a great end to the day on the front porch.
