Beautiful Time and Tide is easy to love, as this noble home sits directly across from a vast subdivision lake. The ground level has a carport, an under-house entry, an outdoor shower, and a lovely private pool. Step inside the first level to find a tiled game room with a pool table, a mini-bar with a sink, a mini-fridge, a dishwasher, and deck access to the pool. The first bedroom has a pyramid bed and semi-private access to a hallway bathroom. There's a primary suite on the second floor with a TV, a DVD player, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The laundry nook is convenient for all. The third bedroom features deck access to a private hot tub, and a bathroom with a tub/shower shared with the fourth bedroom, offering a TV and deck access. The upstairs great room showcases tall ceilings, resort-style furniture, a TV and DVD player, and deck access. The well-equipped tiled kitchen has all the necessities, a breakfast bar, and a sound view dining area. The sundeck ends in a screened porch with a picnic table and an extra sun tower level.
