Located on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, with convenient access to restaurants, this gulf-front condo offers a romantic beach getaway or a family beach adventure. This rental sits right on one of the most famous beaches in Florida, where you can visit the world-famous Caddy's beach restaurant or take a short drive to John's Pass to find a Hooters, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, and a fantastic boardwalk. This condo is also conveniently close to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa for even more fun!



The complex will experience intermittent construction until the end of 2026 to complete necessary refurbishments to the building and amenities. There may be construction noise during your stay. Some amenities may be closed or temporarily unavailable for use. The pool is currently closed until further notice. Please reach out before booking to confirm amenity availability.

Only 1 parking space is available, additional vehicles will have to find nearby public/paid parking.

No outside visitors allowed.

All property guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The elevator closes at 8 p.m.

This building is strictly non-smoking.

On-site laundry is coin laundry.

This unit does not have an ice maker, so please plan accordingly for your stay.
