4 day minimum, unless there are only fewer days available.
7 people maximum. Our comfortable and recently renovated vintage California beachfront dog-friendly home has an open great room for your family to enjoy the priceless views of sand and surf. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a private and spacious outdoor shower. Cozy gas 'wood' stove, heated mattress pads, comfortable furnishings will help you feel relaxed and at home. Great family house for all ages.
It really is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Easy beach access right onto the sand.
Two bedrooms have comfy queen beds, the third bedroom has three single beds - one is a top bunk. 2 recently renovated bathrooms. Convenient private outside hot shower located in protected side yard, perfect for morning shower or rinsing off after a swim in the ocean. Large front patio with gas fire-pit and beach area right next to the patio.
Adjacent to the GGNRA federal park with seasonal lifeguards on the beach. Five minute stroll to Stinson Beach's quaint town, restaurants, surf/kayak rental, snackbar, grocery store, library, and playgrounds.
Stinson Beach is a great place to visit all year round. Summer is the busiest time with more visitors, while Fall, Winter and Spring can offer you the solitude of an uncrowded stretch of beach. Come to relax, come to play, in this sunny, delightful south-west facing home.
1 dog welcome (no cats) $75 fee. Please note you are bringing a dog when you identify how many people in your party. Please no dogs on the furniture. Dogs cannot be left unattended, even if crated.

Please close windows if it is rainy/misty, otherwise fine to leave opened.
Please close up umbrella, cover BBQ and Firepit and close garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Just awesome. Very well appointed, everything well designed, all the kitchen things you would want, everything we needed, beautiful spot. I really loved the outdoor shower with plants around and direct view of the ocean. Deck and propane fire are lovely. Walk to food, ice cream, and surf shops. Master bed a bit soft for my taste but thats just personal preference. Absolutely loved it.

A beach dream

We loved everything about our stay. Waking up to to that view every morning was a dream as was hearing those waves in the house. The living room and fire place was a perfect cozy spot. My son was stoked about the bunk bed and so many sand toys. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect beach getaway!

We have stayed at many homes up and down Stinson and this one is a dream. Perfect location - can easily stroll down the beach to town for coffee or happy hour, and right on the beach. Perfect for our dog who loved the access to the ocean - ditto for our kids. The kids loved the fun bunk room, and we loved the layout of the house. It had everything we needed, and was easy to navigate. Firepit out front was huge bonus too. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Stinson house

My family and I come to Stinson quite often and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Location is fantastic and the house is so quaintly decorated with a very calm atmosphere. The views were spectacular, so fun watching the pelicans dive for fish. The kitchen had everything you need and very nicely organized. Beds were so comfy and loved the heated mattress pad. The owners were so friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home. We will definitely come back!

We love your house. Everything is up to date and we’ll stocked kitchen. We like being so close to town even though lots of dogs walk by. Some owners don’t pick up after them. Very rude. Anyway… we love this house.

Wonderful Return Visit

Our family had a wonderful Return to "The Blue Beach House", as it is lovingly called by our boys. This place just feels like home. The host is fantastic, great communication and responsive. The home is kept very clean with modern finishes and a well-organized and equipped kitchen. We love the bunk room for the kids, the back deck and dining table for beach-front meals, and the outdoor shower is amazing. We can't wait to return.

We are two families that met and became friends while attending UC Berkeley in the late 1970's. We love the beach, the smell of ocean air, and the sound of the waves rolling up on the sand. We are beach walkers, surfers, hikers, nature lovers, and sand castle builders. We are excited to be the new owners of this wonderful beachfront property.

Why they chose this property

There is nothing better than eating breakfast and rolling right out onto the beach, or enjoying a cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean. From the house you can walk down the deserted sandy beach or walk into town for brunch or an ice cream.

What makes this property unique

Recently renovated beach front home with a secluded, peaceful side yard and front patio in full view of the crashing waves. Parking for 4 cars. 1 dog allowed.
