3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 6 Sleeps
This is an excellent end-unit condominium in Alii Cove. Alii Cove is south of 'downtown' Kailua-Kona, just across Alii Drive from Honl's Beach on the Pacific Ocean. The spacious 2-story interior of the condo is very well equipped, furnished and maintained.
The main seating space's ceiling is the full height of the 2-story interior. The unit has three bedrooms, three baths as well as the lounge/loft area upstairs. There is a large ground floor lanai/patio equipped with a gas barbeque in addition to comfortable furnishings. On the upper level, the Master Bedroom Suite includes walk-in closet, separate area for commode and oversize shower, two separate vanities with basins and a lanai/balcony with partial ocean view. The second bedroom upstairs has twin beds, and the guest room on the main floor has a queen bed. There are three flat screen TV’s with cable access. The condo is also equipped with free wifi for your convenience, and telephone service to North America. Two assigned parking spaces are directly outside the unit's front door. There are no steps between condo and parking spaces, and no need to walk around the building to enter. One parking space is covered; the other open. We also offer a playpen for those who have small children.
The Kailua-Kona Coast has the most colorful and spectacular pink, lavender, and orange sunsets in Hawaii. Maybe you’ll be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon. You can watch the incredible Kona sunsets right from one of the decks or the lanai, as well as the cruise ships, para-sailing, whales and dolphins.
The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is short walk from Alii Cove. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water’s edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau’s, farmer’s markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach or by the pool!
We do NOT offer short term rentals for less than a month.

Better than advertised
Seldom does accommodation live up to its promotion. This is an exception! The property was clean, well maintained - a home away from home. Excellent location, great swimming pool. Helpful people to work with, were keen to help and ensure everything was fine.

This property was very well appointed inside. The décor and feel was very nice and the location fantastic. The lanai is surrounded by beautiful lush greenery it is nicely furnished and includes a BBQ! We've been wintering in this area of Kona for several years now and this condo tops our list. The property manager is also very personable and very helpful.
As good as it gets!
This accommodation is stellar. It is well supplied with every possible need - indoors and out. There is a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. The condo is a short walk from the pool. The complex pool is superior - it even has a separate but attached children's pool. This extremely well maintained complex is definitely within walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. It even has a beach just across the road from the gate. You cannot ask for more.
Sport Fishing - Kailua Kona is famous for its deep-sea fishing where you can catch a variety of game fish including marlin and tuna. Mauna Kea Summit Tour - take a tour to the top of Mauna Kea volcano and visit the observatories and the visitors center. Manta Ray Night Snorkel - take a boat trip and snorkel with the spectacular manta rays. Volcanoes National Park - drive to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and see Kilauea Volcano which has been erupting for almost thirty years. While there you might be able to see the hot lava flowing into the ocean or flowing down the mountain. You can also walk through a lava tube or take a hike around the park.
Take a dip in the condo complex's swimming pool and hot tub. There's plenty to do outside the resort as well including all ocean sports, swimming with dolphins (take a boat tour from Keauhou Bay and swim with the wild dolphins at Kealakekua Bay), hiking and more.
