We had a great time staying at this house. Adam was very responsive and helpful. He recommended Ruperts at the edge which was a great place for breakfast/brunch. The house has a great location, not too far away from downtown, a 15-20 minute drive at most.The house is very spacious, comfortable and modern. There are 5 rooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs, and two bedroom downstairs. The house was very clean and furnished with toiletries and kitchen supplies. There is a laundry room on the first floor, washer and dryer on the second floor. The master bathroom has dual showers, and a separate bathtub.There is a sink and mini cooler inside the master bedroom. The kitchen is on the first floor, big and spacious. It was well furnished with utensils, cookware and supplies. Living room was also very big and spacious. There is ceiling mounted projector instead of a flat screen TV.Check in process was very smooth and so was the check-out process. There is a basement with a ping-pong table and a foosball table. The front porch is very spacious and so is the back patio with a pool. Overall, it was a great stay and would do it again

I moved to Colorado in 2002 and has been home ever since. Well, in 2021 it became half of my home as I spend winters in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.

Why they chose this property

For over 17 years, I have lived in 4 different houses within 4 blocks of my current home here. I love that it is 5 to 10 minutes to downtown and 10 to 15 minutes to the mountains and Red Rocks. Its right on the edge of the city, so you have city appeal, suburb convenience and proximity to the mountains. It has changed/grown a lot in the 17 years I've been here, but this is still a changing/growing neighborhood, so it still has room to grow.

What makes this property unique

This is a well built home. It is ICF (insulated concrete form) construction from the basement to the roof. The radiant floor heats goes well with the metal floors through most of the house. The pool during the summer is also a must have to enjoy Colorado!
