Newly Remodeled Pool Area! Luxury Oceanfront Indian Rocks Condo @ Casa De Playa

Located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, your perfect beach getaway is also in the perfect location.

Casa De Playa is within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and located RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Built in 2002, it is one of the newer buildings in IRB with only 14 units.

Unit 202 is a gulf front spacious and clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has a “beachy feel” from the moment you enter. The master bedroom has a king bed, a fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen mattress, 2 twin beds, a walk in closet, and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is conveniently located beside it. The new kitchen is open, spacious, and great for entertaining. It is fully equipped with a new stainless dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator w/ ice maker and plenty of cooking amenities. It has new quartz countertops seating for four as well as a dining table for four. The living room amenities include a 50' flat screen TV and wifi as well as a large size balcony that boasts a breathtaking view overlooking the pool, sand dunes and picturesque beach. A large capacity washer/dryer is provided to make your life easier. Casa 202 also provides you with a covered parking place with easy access to the elevator, and a gas grill. Unit 202 is non smoking and no pets.

Other nearby beach amenities (only minutes away) include Clearwater beach and Johns Pass Village each with unique shops, dining, parasailing, wave runner rentals, deep sea fishing, and a pirate ship cruise. There is a unique trolley that will take you anywhere between all the beaches that line Gulf Blvd.

Tampa is only 35 miles away with such amenities as: Busch Gardens Theme Park, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoological Park, Museum of Science and Industry, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Performing Arts Center, Ford Ampitheater, Channelside & Ybor City - known for their unique shops and restaurants, IMAX Theatres, dance clubs, and piano bars.

Disney World and Universal Studios Theme Parks are only two hours away on Interstate 4.

Annual family vacation

Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream for kids. Had beach stuff and awesome waking up in the morning looking out at the bay. Great communication by owner would definitely stay if in any area again.

This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in during our times going to IRB. The Condo came fully stocked with everything we need and was centrally located, allowing us the opportunity to walk everywhere. The check-in process was incredibly easy as well. We would love to go back and say this condo again.

It seemed even bigger than the pictures! Very clean, lots of towels, and all the beds were very comfy! Myself, Son, Daughter-in law, and two teens (13 & 15) all had a wonderful time. The Ice Cream Shop on the corner was great to walk to. Dan answered all my questions within minutes! We will be returning!

Very nice condo in the heart of IRB

My family and I have been coming to the Indian Rocks area for quite a while now and this might have been the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. Very comfortable, clean and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Owner was very quick to respond to our questions. Five stars

Beach Dream

The condo was so nice and well cared for - really beautiful. I was truly impressed. The only issue I had with the property was the pool and pool area. The pool was dirty and was only cleaned once the entire stay. The pool lounge chairs were missing straps. All in all you can’t beat the views of the beach and beach access.

Wonderful condo in a great location

Just got back from a week here and had a great time. The condo is nicely decorated with everything you need, plenty of towels, kitchen tools and beach gear. The sunsets are spectacular! There’s lots of great restaurants nearby which includes our favorites, Guppies and The Tacky Turtle (for amazing Cuban sandwiches). Would definitely go back!

Relaxing beach vacation

This was our second time staying at Casa de Playa, and we loved it just as much! Since the first time we stayed the condo has been remodeled and updated making it even more wonderful. The condo is in an amazing location, with Gulf views that are breathtaking. With a large kitchen, newly remodeled bathrooms and comfortable beds there's nothing else you need! The pool is clean and well maintained, and beach access is quick and easy. Can't say enough good things about our stay!
