Sea Isle Villas - Unit #H is a gulf front condo in the Sea Isle Villas community (18 units) on Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Unbelievable views from this third story unit that has been recently refreshed and professionally decorated. Just steps from the dunes and the Gulf of Mexico beaches on a very family friendly section of Indian Rocks Beach. Private elevator and assigned covered parking make getting in and out a breeze. Heated private pool if you want to take a break from the sand. Condo is two bedrooms with two full baths and comes very well stocked for your stay. We have Spectrum cable television, free 200mb WiFi and all rooms have televisions.

The master has a King-sized bed, full bath with shower and a very large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, full bath with tub and a large closet. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room if needed. Our well-appointed and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, appliances and the fridge has water in the door and an automatic ice maker. Large farmhouse style dining room table easily seats six with room to eat, work remotely or play board games. Eat in kitchen has three stools and a lot of counter space for cooking and storage. Master bathroom has a hair dryer and there is an iron and ironing board in the master closet. The condo is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The unit has front loading washer and dryer and we can provide a pack and play if needed for little ones. There is a community gas and charcoal grill in the middle of the complex if you feel like cooking out. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pool noodles and a variety of beach toys are provided. The the beach equipment is in a storage closet on the 1st floor, meaning you don’t have to drag them up or down any stairs. Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable community with excellent choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and we can let you know which spots we recommend.

The Sea Isle Condominiums do have some house rules that include no smoking and no pets allowed in the unit at any time. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Our check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time of 9am.
