WALK to Main Street in 12-15 minutes! Whiteface Mt. Ski Resort is only a 15 minute drive away! Enjoy the gas fireplace and beautiful cherry hardwood floors on the main floor, with granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There's a master king BR and queen BR on the upper floor with a newly renovated full bath. The spacious, lower floor bedroom boasts full and twin beds. The lower floor also includes a full bath and den with a treadmill . The kitchen comes fully equipped for fabulous meal making. Wonderful mattresses ensure a comfortable sleep after a great adventure in the Lake Placid area. There are 2 TVs with Roku, WiFi, and a soundbar for your media entertainment. Whether you are spending adventurous days away or taking a day's rest indoors or on the deck, you'll find our town home provides wonderful comfort and convenience. We have booked with VRBO ourselves over the years, and feel we offer the amenities you too are looking for during your Lake Placid stay. Please note that our unit is part of a close-knit townhome community with enforced quiet hours. Parking for automobiles only(2 spots). RVs, boats and trailer parking are not allowed within the community's parking lots. STR-200370

This townhome was clean ,spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Check-in was a breeze. We did not cook much but when we did, we had no problem fining what we needed.

The townhome is recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped for normal living. Location is off-center Lake Placid which makes it quiet but close enough to walk to bars and restaurants. The owners respond quickly and are nice and helpful. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay there. Highly recommended.

Clean home with nice amenities

This home was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook a variety of meals. The linens provided were of good quality and the beds comfortable. I definitely recommend this home.

We had a great stay. The condo is very nice with lots of room. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Location is great- easy to go to town and to ski trails.

Great Rental In A Great Location

We stayed for a long President's Weekend and the rental was perfect. The location is ideal, walking distance or a very short drive into town, and 17 minutes from Whiteface. The interior is very clean and fit our family easily.

The property is well kept and had all the amenities and upgrades for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Close enough to the lake, downtown and grocery stores. We had a relaxing stay...wonderful fishing trip!

We've been vacationing in the Adirondacks since we were kids. We are thrilled to have a property to share with our family and make more memories!

Why they chose this property

Why? Mostly location, location, location! Walking distance to Main Street to shop, eat, and drink is a dream! The short SCENIC drives to ski, hike, etc.. it was a no-brainer.

What makes this property unique

Love the quiet setting, and quick access to downtown. The beautiful kitchen, dining area, and hardwood floors drew us in. The town home is just the right size, big enough for a family, but not too large to maintain.
