We fell in love with Jacksonville Beach and the vibrant First Street North area years ago, and we are thrilled to share this beautiful corner of Florida with you. We manage Oceania 302 with passion and attention to detail, ensuring it's always the perfect home base for your coastal escape.
We chose Oceania 302 because of its perfect setting in the vibrant and sought-after First Street North area of Jacksonville Beach. This is the heart of the community and the most desirable area for a true coastal vacation.
This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: unbeatable direct beach access right out your door, combined with an easy, walkable lifestyle. The scene here is lively yet relaxed, where you'll find people enjoying morning jogs on the beach, casual rooftop dining, and watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.
What we enjoy most is the sheer convenience and energy. You can park your car in our secure, covered spot and not touch it again until you leave!

The iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier, perfect for a stroll or a bit of fishing.
