Enjoy a game night on the patio or a movie night in the comfort of the living room. For remote workers, we provide a desk with monitor and HDMI cord for your use, and the unit has highspeed Wi-Fi. Significant discount for stays of 28 days or more.
The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for morning coffee, packing a picnic lunch, or preparing a meal to enjoy indoors or outdoors. Additionally, there is a half bath and a laundry area on the first floor for your convenience.
The second floor has two large bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom and sliders to their own balcony. Linens are provided. Primary bedroom has queen bed, and secondary bedroom has full size bed and twin.
Shipmaster has a tennis court (with pickleball lines, too) for your enjoyment and we provide the racquets for you! There's also a pool with chaises and umbrellas. Venture out to explore and enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
The Villa is just a 15 minute walk to Shipyard Beach, or an easy walk, bike ride or drive to Coligny Plaza. The Bank, The Brickyard, Local Legends, and Java Burrito are also an easy walk or drive.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip used beds - just leave them unmade and we will take it from there! Leave used towels in the bathrooms.
Please be sure the pins are in the sliders and the doors are locked when you leave.

Ellen and Tom absolutely love Hilton Head Island and are so happy to be able to share that love with visitors. We purchased our first condo in 2019 and became full time island residents in 2024. We enjoy being able to create a welcoming environment for our guests. While the beach is very different from our previous adventures owning a short-term rental in Vermont, the desire to help our guests have a great vacation experience is the same.
Why they chose this property
The Shipmaster community is the perfect location to access everything on the island! The Shipyard Beach is one of the nicest, and our villa is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to so many of the island's great restaurants and activities.
What makes this property unique
Our villa is spacious, comfortable, and an end unit. Shipmaster villas are spread out, parking is easy, the grounds are well kept, and the people are friendly.
