Walk to Tryon’s main street from this like-new, high-end home. Only the best, from kitchen, to bedding to relaxing spaces. Both bedrooms are en-suite with full updated baths. Relax on the side porch bonus room or enjoy the quiet on the raised deck with your private view of the woods. Stroll from the home to the historic Tryon Theatre and the many upscale shops and restaurants Tryon offers. Take a short half mile drive to Vaughn Creek Greenway and Seller Falls or a further adventure to DuPont Forest and its amazing waterfalls, or tour the Blue Ridge Parkway and all that Asheville has to offer. If you’re an equestrian, or even if you aren’t, don’t miss the spectacular Tryon Equestrian Center. There is so much to do, from hiking, fine dining, shopping and thrifting, you will want a few extra days to just enjoy the house and some quiet. Come on! We’re waiting for you!

I was raised in South Florida with a long family history in the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee. I’m thrilled to have found a home in the pristine, historic town of Tryon.
Why they chose this property
Tryon is known as the friendliest town in the south. It sits at the foothills of the Smokey Mountains and as the center of three small towns in the area. As an avid golfer, I consider the historic Tryon Country Club a tremendous asset to all the amazing assets this unique town has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Margie’s Guest House is a like new home with only the finest accommodations from high end furnishings and cookware to original, contemporary art. The home is seasonally decorated and enhanced by lush landscaping and seasonal plants. It is a short walk from the center of town, yet totally quiet and secure in a wooded setting.
