Our stay was wonderful and the condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was clean and stocked with everything we needed to eat-in and BBQ. Water pressure was a little weak, but not an issue at all. The design of the Phoenix Gulf Towers was amazing. Plenty of room to unload/load and felt like an exclusive property. One hot tub, in tower 1 was not working but there are two of everything there so that was not an issue either. Loved the view and beds were comfy.

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely bright condo with an excellent layout. Room appeared clean. We did find a sock and several lids from water bottles under the beds that did not belong to us however surfaces were clean. Amenities were great. Lots of swimming options and outdoor space. Close to many excellent restaurants and shopping options.

Overall the place was better than expected. Very large and spacious and very modern. One reason we went with this place was its balcony furniture. Most places just have hard polywood outdoor furniture. We love to sit on the balcony early morning and late night and the furniture here is soft and very comfortable. And three table to set your coffee or breakfast on. I set up my computer outside and worked some each day. Highly recommend this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at the Phoenix Gulf Towers. The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. The entire complex was very clean and felt safe. My only complaint would be that there were very little supplies. There was only one trash bag supplies for the entire week, along with only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The trip was with our 3 adult kids, timing was great after school started and before college started. Clean, easy access to the pool and beach. Small things, this unit didn’t offer up the storage closet for our beach chairs and stuff like the last one had there. A small vacuum to help pick the sand that got in the room would be nice to have. The broom just wouldn’t sweep up the sand very well. Overall great place to stay again.
