• Please download the Village at Breckenridge app before arrival. You’ll use it to access the condo, parking, and all complex amenities.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control. In Case of emergency kindly use the stairs.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
