The well-equipped kitchen offers all essential cookware, plenty of counter space, and a warm cabin feel, creating a great place for cooking, snacking, or planning your next Tahoe adventure.

Winter guests are centrally located between Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, and Homewood, making this an ideal base for skiing and snowboarding. Tahoe City's dining, shopping, and entertainment options are just a short drive away.
Parking:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park in garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
