Located on Siesta Key beach-Sarasota FL. “Located in a beachfront complex—just a 5-minute walk from your door to the sand!” This exquisite unit features a completed renovation with no expenses spared! Everything is less than a year old! The bedroom boasts two queen beds and a cozy living room with a queen memory foam mattress sofa bed. The bathroom includes a refreshing walk in shower with beautiful oversized Italian tile walls. Guests will appreciate the on site laundry facilities one unit away (seconds) from your front door. Oversized TVs, cable and WiFi included! Parking is free. Guest parking is free. Gated community.

Siesta Key has consistently been recognized as the number one beach in America. Our beach is private and one of the largest beaches on the Key! Jamaica Royale resort has three heated pools with one pool located beachside -which is extremely rare on Siesta Key. The beachside pool has restrooms for your convenience. There are gas grills on either end of the resort for your use. The beach is approx 5 min walk through Jamaica Royals beautifully landscaped, private walkway. Palm trees and pools.

This Vrbo unit was exactly as described - bright, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The quiet area and prime location were perfect: just minutes' walk to the private Siesta Key beach and a short drive to Siesta Key Village or downtown Sarasota. Management was polite and helpful, and the host responded to questions instantly, even late at night. We'll definitely return!

This condo is in a community next to the beach, and access is just a short walk away. The condo is a clean, updated 1-bedroom. It is perfect for 2 or 3 people, but not great for 4 (we were there with our 2 almost-grown children). There were 2 queen beds, and a pull-out couch, which was fine, but the living room furniture could use an extra chair, and the only dining for more than 2 is outside - it was fine since the weather was cool enough, but in the Florida heat of later seasons, this would present a problem. All that said, it is a very comfortable and easy place to spend a few days near/on the beach. There are also 3 pools to utilize.

My grandfather bought a villa on the Key back in the 70s so I’ve been coming there in my whole life and I can’t tell you how happy I am to finally be an owner. I’ve decided to share my winter home with you and hope that you get as much happiness and pleasure that Siesta Key has provided for me and my family throughout my life. Enjoy your time. Why they chose this property

One of the things I love most about Jamaica Royale is the beachfront pool and restrooms.. I have visited many complexes on Siesta Key through the years and you normally have to choose between going to the pool which is next to Midnight Pass Road or going to the beach for the day.. Jamaica Royale gives you the best of both worlds! I love parking in front of the unit and walking straight through the front door to the kitchen. One level convenience.. the public beach is one complex away and offers many things to do including beach volleyball along with concession stands and supervised swimming. Drum circle is always fun on a Sunday evening. Of course there is no need for a car because Johnny free rides offers tip only rides up and down the key as well as the county provided breezeway trolley, which is free. The breezeway runs all the way into downtown Sarasota. Jamaica Royale is beautiful. I love sitting and watching TV with the view of the gardens just outside my sliding glass door. I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the accommodations and the friendly people that reside there.

What makes this property unique

My properties are equipped with the best of the best.. This unit has been completely renovated, including flooring, cabinetry appliances, etc. There’s nothing that hasn’t been revamped. Sports fans will love the oversize 70 inch TV in the living room as well as the large TV in the bedroom! I don’t miss many games and you feel like you’re in the action! There are three pools for you to choose from however, this unit is not located directly across from the pool so you have peace and quiet. The closest pool is less than a minute walk away. You will appreciate the top-of-the-line mattresses and the island vibe that unit 25 provides. Enjoy.
