This stylish remodel offers:

~One bedroom with a queen bed and A/C

~A sleeper sofa in the roomy living area.

~ Cable TV and Wi-Fi

~Shiny remodeled kitchen, open living/dining area

~Roomy bath with a separate shower area

~Contemporary finishes with exposed brick, original wood floors, & trim windows; a cool and comfortable vacation home

~ Fenced back yard; your dog is welcome for $15/night!

This home is "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as TP, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, napkins and toiletries.

Manager provides live in-home guest support from 8:30am-10pm and Accidental Damage Protection coverage up to $1500 per reservation for accidental damage to the property.

~Max of two pets at $15 per pet per night; acceptance of the terms of the Pet Policy is required.

~Discover, Visa or MC accepted for payments.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is required at the time of reservation.

~Cleaning Fee is $90.​

Very clean and great location to downtown.

Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. We cooked most of our meals. Fenced in backyard for our dog, great amenities in the house to use. Plenty of shelves to store your ski items or other sports gear. We will definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

All things just right!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Salida! It was more than enough room for just two of us, and could easily handle more. It was super clean and nicely decorated. It is just a block to wonderful downtown shops and restaurants and a few steps more to the river. So, really, this property has everything just right. We hope to stay there again!

Cute cottage, close to Historic Downtown

We had a lovely time at this little cottage. There were lots of nice little details. We came to enjoy the Fiber Festival in the park and it was an easy walk there.

It was clean, cute, and mostly comfortable.

The daybed on the porch was not comfortable, but the two couches were.

The kitchen was nice and had some of the staples provided.

The parking next to the garage was a bit tight but there was always parking on the street.

We would certainly recommend it!

Great place to stay

Overall this place was an awesome deal for it's proximity to downtown and it's amenities. Great for 2 people. All the good things. My two complaints were: the bed was not comfortable in our opinion, very springy mattress. And, if the management is going to charge a service charge, a service fee, and a cleaning fee, then I think it's very very rude to put stickers all over the house asking us to start a load of towels on our way out, to basically do your job. We did it anyway because we are carefree people and it's not asking that much - but it did rub us the wrong way and I think it's a lot to ask. Charge a cleaning fee, then ask us to clean. Besides that, this place was great and we will still be looking to stay here again when we return to Salida!

Very clean and so well stocked. It had everything from an ice maker to condiments of all sorts. Very close to the river and downtown. Was very close to neighboring property but without any unusual noises.
