All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, napkins and toiletries.

Our family of five had a great time staying in the simple, but fully equipped home. Our dog loved it, too! This is our new favorite in Salida.
My wife and I spent several weeks at Gantt's corner and loved every minute. This a very nice recently remodeled house with a great living area and beautiful views off the front porch. One of its best features is it is in town and within two blocks of a local grocery/bakery and Safeway and just another block to Cafe Dawn for morning coffee or Moonlight Pizza for an evening brew. It's also just a block from a local rail trail.
My wife and I bought this property several years ago and have completely renovated and updated the entire house, to include adding a half-bath, adding granite in the kitchen and bath, as well as complete flooring throughout and stucco outside.
We go up as often as we can, as the town is unbelievably awesome with beautiful weather year round and it seems to have a festival every weekend! They host a Farmers Market in the park on Saturday's in the spring, summer and fall, as well as weekly concerts in the Riverside park ampitheater. All parks and the amazing resteraunts are within easy walking distance to house, but we often ride our cruiser bikes! We typically park our car at the house and only use our bikes for getting around town, shopping at the many resale shops, coffee houses, local eateries and attending the festivals. We have about 7 bikes in the back shed for anyone to use while staying at the house, so please get out and enjoy Salida!
