The lanai area is great for entertaining with a dining table, lounge furniture, and outdoor TV. The heated saltwater pool has southern exposure that gives you long sunny days of outdoor fun. The home is close to restaurants, shopping, marinas. . Walking distance to nature trails and park.
Home includes everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Bikes, beach chairs, and coolers included. Short drive to Yacht Club beach on the Caloosahatchee River or 30 minute drive to FT Myers Beach. Walk or bike to Tarpon Point/Pinchers restaurant.
