This space would be ideal for a small vacation group of 2/3 guests! It's a lower unit that hides from the sun for a bit more shade. A full kitchen for all the home cooked meals, Wifi, TV, Coffee and more!



For guest safety, the property has outdoor cameras in shared or exterior areas only:

2 at the front gate (pointing to unit entrance & parking lot)

1 near picnic tables (dining area)

2 in the yard (yard & parking lot)

1 at the Marine unit entrance

No cameras inside private living spaces.



Laundry Room Policy

For the comfort and smooth operation of our home, please note that the on-site laundry room is reserved for our cleaning team only and is not accessible to guests.

If you need laundry services during your stay, we’re happy to help! We offer a convenient fluff and fold service for a minimal fee,just let us know, and we’ll arrange it for you. Alternatively, there are nearby laundromats available for self-service options.
