Location was perfect for us. Slightly off the beaten path, so the roads are quiet, but still only a short drive to town. Beautiful views of the ocean and The Thumb. Would not recommend for people with knee problems as the main entrance to the house is a steep slope from the driveway and the house is 3.5 floors. Not an issue for my family though, but worth noting. We would absolutely stay here again if we do another trip to Lincoln City.Side note: The clothes dryer takes a long time.

Many thanks for sharing your stay at Belle Vue. We’re glad the quiet location, ocean views and quick drive to town were a great fit for your family.
We appreciate the helpful note about the steep entry and the home’s multiple levels—good guidance for travelers who prefer fewer stairs. We’ll have our team check the dryer to improve drying times. We’d be happy to welcome you back to Belle Vue on another Lincoln City trip.
House was very nice, big, great location, plenty of dishes!!! We live in Oregon and travel to the coast regularly, and now have finally found our spot!!! Only thing I can think of is an outside trash can to put trash
This house has SPECTACULAR views of the coastline. It was just amazing seeing the ocean from every room. The pool table was fun to use as well. The biggest drawback to this property is the stairs. Be prepared to walk 32 steps every time you go from the top (main) level of the house to the bottom bedrooms.
The views are outstanding. The host was very helpful with check in when the access code provided didn't work. Our only suggestion is to add a reading/floor lamp or two to the living room. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay, and would recommend to others.

The views are incredible and you can see the ocean from nearly every room in the house! It was perfect for our family, our teenage son really enjoyed the pool table. It would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or small children since the house has a lot of stairs and you have to go down a very steep hill to get to the beach. But this is also what makes the view so incredible and we definitely thought it was worth it!
Nice home. Ocean view terrific.
Home needs bigger coffee pot. Because home on top of hill parking
Was a little difficult.
Typical time at ocean. Very windy didn’t visit any beaches.
My grand kids loved the beaches.
My concern is the inaccuracies in the listing. The house is up on a hill. The driveway is at the bottom of the steepest incline, to which the entrance to home is at the top of this incline.(not mentioned) anyone who has mobility issues, will have difficulties. Listing has limited mobility access as an amenity. The 3-d tour left out a section of the stairs inside this home. This house is all stairs. The bottom floor had a foul odor very difficult to stomach. The view was amazing. I hope managment will fix these discrepancies. The beach access is a strenuous workout, getting down to the beach is the easy part. Getting back was a workout. Actually anytime you went anywhere inside and out of this home you got your daily cardio workout.
The jacuzzi tub did not work, could not figure out how to turn on the shower in the downstairs bathroom, couch by the pool table could use a good cleaning, did not find BluRay player, could not get streaming services on the TV to work, regular visits to the ceiling above the kitchen by a squirrel, so regular, we named him Larry.

Incorrect key code given both in welcome text and phone call to Vacasa. Told we weren’t to try getting in until 4:00. We had early check in already approved..had go to lower entrance where code worked luckily. Found out upper door had different code next day. Floors filthy, had to mop twice before we wanted our 2 yr old grandson on them. Furniture old, over used and very dirty. Food residue in refrigerator drawers and freezer. Coffee maker had not been cleaned since last use. Beds were all comfortable, loved the upper deck, enjoyed the picnic table. Views absolutely gorgeous. Lot of stairs. Noise from upstairs is crazy loud in the master bedroom. Parking is hard to get to, the hill is very steep, our new truck struggled. Better to go up 66th street and come around to home.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Jerry. We’re truly sorry for the confusion with the door codes and the condition of the home upon arrival. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, especially with early check-in already approved. We're addressing the cleaning concerns with our team to ensure higher standards are met moving forward. We're glad to hear the beds were comfortable, and that you enjoyed the views, upper deck, and picnic area. We appreciate you taking the time to share and hope to offer a much smoother experience in the future.

This is such a beautiful home! Pros: - The location is just outside of the busy part of town in a very quiet neighborhood. Driving through the neighborhood, we saw 10 deer every day! - The views from almost every room are truly amazing. - The full-size pool table was a highlight for our family- Beds were all comfortable- Parking at the top of the hill (not the driveway) was easiest and fit 2 full-size cars. Cons:- The kitchen had a bad ant problem. We chose not to cook at the house and had to store ALL food in the fridge to keep the ants out. (Vacasa did tell us they were actively working on this issue.)- When we checked in, we could only find 4 towels (for 7 people). We contacted Vacasa and were told they provide 1 towel per renter, and if we wanted more, we could wash them using the on-site laundry. (We did eventually find a couple more towels in random drawers and closets.)- Layout could be tricky for some. I hadn't seen a good description in other reviews, so I figured I would give a long one here. ) Top floor (accessed from street/parking) has 1/2 bath, living room, and kitchen. Down a flight of stairs is the pool table room. Down a couple of steps is another front door (accessed by exterior steps that aren't easy for the elderly & little kids), a laundry room, and the primary suite. Down another flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The stairs are all 'switchback' style, so it definitely feels like a hike!
