Newly constructed and decorated in clean, contemporary style, this luxury oceanfront home in Neskowin will make your next Oregon Coast vacation one you'll never forget. Enjoy a modern layout and open design, as well as incredible ocean views from the living area, the kitchen, the dining area, and the master bedroom. You'll even be treated to such at-home luxuries as heated floors in the master bath, new stainless steel appliances and bar seating in the kitchen, a beautiful waterfall quartz countertop, a curved flatscreen TV, and direct access to the ocean beach from the new deck and hot tub!

This home is perfectly located for beach-goers, whether you choose to stroll down the sand to admire Proposal Rock or catch a glimpse of the hidden ancient forest that magically reveals itself at low tide. The center of Neskowin is less than a quarter-mile away, where you'll find a few dining options and a small store. You'll also be just over a block from the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, where you can fit in a scenic round of golf.

Spacious front room with large picture windows and a beautiful view. Enough space for 4 couples. Great sitting in the hot tub while watching the fire in the fire pit and the ocean.

Beautiful home we had a great time. Really nice to be able to go down to the beach and explore. Don’t forget to check out the hawk Creek Café Caitlin who works there is very friendly! Home is very close and easily accessible to lots of highlights in Oregon would highly recommend!!

Just as pictured!

Absolutely perfect spot. It looked almost too good to be true from the photos, but it was everything we hoped it would be. So close to the ocean! Fire pit and hot tub was lovely and overall the place was clean.

My family and I loved this place! The beds/bedding were comfortable, there's plenty of seating, the kitchen is well-stocked, everything was in working order and well kept. The location could not be better--you feel tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of locals instead of amongst throngs of tourists. Walking on the beach and hearing the sound of the surf all day--perfection. Would definitely return.

We were unable to get in contact with the owners and didn't receive the home access code until 8:35 pm at night, by which time we had decided to find other accommodations. I spent the entire 2 1/2 drive to the beach trying to reach the owners, calling numbers that rang forever, and calling VRBO customer service and trying to send bank screen shots to prove that we made our payment, and an paying extra fee for I'm not even sure what. I was in tears by the time we made it to Lincoln City. Because VRBO was also unable to reach the owners, VRBO offered to refund our hotel stay for the evening.

Once the remaining balance was completed, the access details were sent to the reservation shortly afterward. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the timing and communication surrounding check-in, and our team has reviewed the experience internally to help improve coordination during time-sensitive arrivals. Pacific Dream IS a Dream!

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a property. It appears the owners really listened to prior suggestions related to adding features/amenities to the property. The location and ocean views are spectacular, and the home is more spacious than the pictures show. We would stay here again.

Great property and great location.

Great property for a larger family to enjoy a long weekend 7+. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would note some things need a little TLC as the property is showing signs of being a rental.

Amazing views!

Had a lovely three nights in Neskowin. House was very well appointed, couches and beds were all comfortable. Beach access is a 1 minute walk from house. Owners have gone above and beyond to think of every detail to make guests comfortable!

Perfection!
