Sam and I enjoy traveling and quality family time. In addition to raising our four kids and four dogs we both own businesses which demand a lot of time and focus. I am broker in charge of Greenwood Realty Inc. with two office locations and 25 agents. Sam manages SIMTEX International and Bay Island Sportswear which manufactures apparel for global distribution. When we have the rare opportunity to enjoy quality time with each other and our kids we head to the Mountains or Lake Greenwood for cherished family memories.

Location, Location, Location! In addition to being a beautiful spacious Log Home with 4 master suites and gorgeous mountain views we enjoy the convenience of the Trolley Stop at the bottom of the drive. We loved this location so much we have 3 Log Homes in the same area.
4 Master Suites with King Size comfortable beds makes everyone's stay enjoyable ~ No one feels slighted when vacationing together!
Family vacation to Gatlinburg several times a year always looking for a great place to stay..sometimes we hit the jackpot and this is one of those times. Great cabin, well decorated, clean and the beds are the best. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg.

Nice, comfortable, well maintained home. The only couple complaints I'd have, which were very minor, Were there were a lot of yellow jackets outside near the front door, and the house itself is very difficult to find. All in all, great stay.
The house was as described and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, the four king beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the decks and views, and the game room was nice. The house is a little hard to find and the driveway is really steep. The bbq is really small . There is a large table in the kitchen which was really nice but the kitchen, refrigerator and living room overall were small for 10 people. We enjoyed our stay but we needed a little more common area to be together.
There is plenty of room in this cabin. Beds were very comfortable. Cabin was clean. Great place for a multi family vacation.

Door Codes and Directions will not be released until a valid copy of your Drivers License as well as anyone using a credit card to process payments on your reservation is required to provide a valid copy of their drivers license. Damage Deposit is required to ensure you leave our home clean and in the condition you received it with the exception of dirty laundry.
