Chalet "Eden Parc", 2 storeys, built in 2008. In the district of Pattier d'en Bas, in a quiet position. Private: well-kept garden. In the house: bicycles available. Available: bicycles (1). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bakery 600 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "postal" 300 m. Gondola lift 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 4 Vallées 900 m.
"Eden Parc", 4-room chalet 150 m2 on 2 levels, east facing position. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: open gallery with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony, east facing position, large terrace, east facing position, garden 500 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Chalet mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Die Einrichtung, Aussicht und der Umschwung des Chalets sind toll. Da das Haus unterhalb des Dorfes gelegen ist, ist der stetig bergauf gehende Fussweg ins Dorf doch eher für Leute mit guter Kondition. Auch der tägliche Besuch des (lieben) Nachbarhundes auf dem Rasen und der Terrasse ist sicher nicht jedermanns Sache.

Mooi huis met enkele tekortkomingen

Comfortabel huis met goede bedden, rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht, prachtige omgeving. Wel met een lastige toegangsweg, maar als er geen tegenliggers zijn is het te doen. Voor een zomerverblijf: neem zelf tuinstoelen mee en bij warm weer ook een parasol, want het buitenmeubilair is nog steeds beneden peil. De eettafel en -stoelen zijn vernieuwd en in orde, maar de rest is niet te gebruiken. Houd er ook rekening mee dat er in het huis geen wasmachine, magnetron en vriezer zijn.
