🚪 Gate Passes – 1 complimentary Sea Pines gate pass included; additional passes available at $20 per vehicle per week
🚗 Parking – Maximum of 4 cars allowed at the home
🔥 Pool Heat – Propane pool heater available for an additional fee. Pool is heated to 86°F prior to arrival. Weekly rates range from $550 in late spring / early fall to $1,100 in the winter, prorated for shorter or longer stays. Pool heat generally is not needed June - August as the pool will naturally be in the mid 80s to low 90s.

We welcome well-behaved dogs at Eight Palms! Maximum of two pets, 50 pounds or less per pet. Pet fees apply as follows:
