A separate pool house with its own queen bedroom and full bathroom adds another level of privacy, while the beach, Sea Pines Beach Club, Lawton Stables, and miles of bike paths are all within easy reach.

THE SETTING: 60 Lawton Road enjoys a peaceful lagoon setting in the heart of Sea Pines, with the pool, deck, and main living spaces oriented toward the water. Spend the morning biking to the beach, return for an afternoon around the private pool, or head out to explore nearby Lawton Stables and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The Sea Pines Beach Club is approximately seven minutes away by bike while a seasonal Beach Trolley pickup location is just a short drive away.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, multi-generations looking for plenty of room to gather along with flexible sleeping arrangements. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, including two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room, while the separate pool house offers an additional queen bedroom, television, and full bathroom. It's an especially useful layout for groups that appreciate having a little extra privacy without being disconnected from the rest of the home. NOTE: 3 vehicles maximum may park at any time in driveway. This house is perfect for families, but not at all suitable for parties, weddings, pre weddings, or post weddings.

The main house includes two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a dedicated bunk room. The separate pool house adds another queen bedroom, television, and full bathroom, providing additional privacy for members of the group. PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Please inquire with any questions regarding your dog.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately seven minutes by bike or a 5 minute drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club. During peak season, Sea Pines Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas to the Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

POOL HEAT: The private pool may be heated electrically for an additional fee of $150 for the first day and $50 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Electric pool heat is economical but may be less effective during the coldest months of the year. Pool heat fees are non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
