Beautiful & Private

  • 5 of 5

Awesome cozy cabin with hot tub and views. Everything I needed for 3 days was right at my fingertips. Quiet and private was what I needed and this place did not disappoint. Would definitely come back.

Great property with beautiful views. It was a peaceful and quite stay and we loved every minute of it. If I had to change something, it would be change to longer stay. I recommend staying here, you will not regret it. We are already planning our next stay.

Great Location!!!!!

  • 4 of 5

This cabin was in a great location. Close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The neighboring cabins are not right on top of you like some other places we have stayed at. Barely even notice there are any around. View from the deck was beautiful! Look down over the tree line and at the other peaks in the distance. Road to cabin was well maintained (weather was dry while we were there). Bathroom is very small. Pedestal sink with no counter space at all, has a small medicine cabinet though. Was no problem for me but a little tougher for my wife. Bed and other furniture was comfortable and the grill on the deck was great to have. Nice not having to leave the cabin to go eat every meal and still enjoy the outdoor space. Has enough space to sleep four but navigating the stairs up to the loft would not be easy for everyone(very steep short steps). Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. (no washer or dryer) Who wants to do laundry on vacation anyways. Never did turn on the TV, no need to with the view off the deck and the stars at night. Hot tub was very nice to have as well. Had fun spotting the deer outside each day. Plenty of them coming down each day from above the cabin and down into the valley below. Would definitely recommend this place for almost anyone. The cabin is not fancy inside by any means. Superficial issues located throughout (casing loose on door, can see where storm door came off on back side of cabin, cabinet above stove has raw particle board on the outside edge, loose handles on drawers) but if you are looking for small cabin with great views and plenty of privacy this is for you. We wanted the view, the privacy and a clean cabin and we got everything we wanted. Also, we had very good access to wifi which was nice so we could keep updated on the weather with our phones easily if we did not have cell service. Never did get the chance to use the fireplace. Would definitely be nice on those colder days. Overview, basic A-Frame style cabin on the inside with superb location and views. If you are looking for fancy try somewhere else, if you are looking for a wonderful place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or hiking or a place to get away from the stress of work and just spend time with those close to you this is your place. Jeff the owner was available before and during our stay if we had a question which was nice to know if we did have an issue but never

Amazing views!!

  • 4 of 5

Unfortunately, we didn't spend a lot of time at the cabin (car troubles day 1 and photo shoot/hike on day 2). The views were amazing and the house was cozy!

We selected this cabin based on the remote location and beautiful view from the deck for a place to relax. It didn't disappoint us. Amenities are nice and everything was as expected. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great place to escape it all and relax.

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking to get away from it all and experience the peace and quiet of the mountains, this is it. I was with my wife and 2 grown boys. Everyone had a great time and Jeff the owner is wonderful to deal with beginning to end. We would definitely stay again.
