Studio Condo Accross The Street From The Ocean

Visit our newly remodeled get-away. The unit has been remodeled from top to bottom, from ceiling to floor. The condo features a california king bed, night stands with reading lights, dresser, ceiling fan, 36' flat screen tv with blue ray dvd player. The new bathroom has been divided between the sink area and the toilet/shower room. The sink is set in the granite countertop. The new travertine shower feels like a spa.

The kitchen features granite counter tops with a stainless steel stove. New cabinets with granite counter tops leave ample counter space for food preparation. Clean-up is a cinch with the stainless steel stink, pull out faucet, and stainless steel dishwasher. The kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, glasses, dishes and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. Eat at the fold out dining table or eat on the balcony overlooking the pool. When you are done eating, relax in the comfortable chairs and catch the game or news on the flat screen tv.

The toy closet has beach chairs, beach mats, a rolling cooler, and boogie boards. The iron and ironing board also hang out here. Grab a cold drink and move to the lanai, or across the street to the beach.

Why Bob Dudley chose Poipu

Prince Kuhio 230 was a great way for us to add a second condo in Poipu. We also own across the street at Kuhio Shores and we often use both condos when traveling with family and friends. The kids love the pool and being so close to the beach.

Perfect location!!!

This condo was fantastic!!! It was within walking distance of cute little shops and delicious food! Bubbas was great along with Uncles shave snow! Beautiful snorkeling was minutes away on foot. Also, the spouting Horn was visible from across the street. The condo itself had anything and everything you might need in order to prepare food. There were beach towels, body boards, beach mats, beach chairs, etc. The balcony overlooked the pool which had a very calming water feature. Overall this was beyond what we expected and enjoyed the convince and friendliness of everyone we incountered.

Wonderful condo and location

We stayed here for our 5 yr anniversary trip. Loved that beach stuff was available in the unit, plus the fully stocked kitchen was great! The last night, there was a huge thunderstorm and the complex lost power for a bit, but there was an essentials kit in the closet with a flashlight so it was no big deal.

The location was great, easy to get to the shopping area up the street, plus beaches if we didn't want to drive too far that day.

We'd definitely stay here again if we come back without kids again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Unit is to the back of the complex and faces the courtyard/pool area. Minimal road noise. Short walking distance to the designated spaces in the parking garage. Palm trees in the courtyard seem to host a flock of very pretty, long tailed birds that took off at about 6 AM and returned about 12 hours later. Although we stayed for a whole week, we didn't find any "surprises" on the lanai or walkways. After the first evening's entertainment of watching them settle, it was easy to adjust to the birds as they never seemed to take long to fly in or out.

The information provided about the beach across the street was very helpful. Definitely recommend following the line item about going to the local market to get a pair of $10 water shoes. It increased our enjoyment of the swim area. Turtles were easy to spot from shore during the morning and evening. We also saw many people snorkeling and surfing.

Unit has solid furniture, decent linens and a well equipped kitchen. Beach equipment (coolers, chairs, boards, etc.) was available.

Had a great time and enjoyed every day of our stay! Mahalo to our Hosts!

Perfect stay for two!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Condo is in a great location and it has everything you need. We stayed during some hot days so the A/C was a huge plus. The bed was comfortable and the closet was stocked with beach chairs and a cooler. Parking was also a cinch. Just book, you will not be disappointed!!
