Rénové Condo 300 Ft de l'océan !!!

Visitez notre rendez-vous loin récemment rénové. L'unité a été remodelé de fond en comble, du sol au plafond. Le condo dispose d'un lit king Californien, tables de nuit avec des lampes de lecture, une commode, un ventilateur de plafond, 36 "TV à écran plat avec lecteur blue ray dvd. La nouvelle salle de bains a été divisé entre la zone de l'évier et de la salle de toilette / douche. L'évier est situé dans le comptoir de granit. La nouvelle douche en travertin se sent comme un spa.
Le compteur caractĂ©ristiques de cuisine en granit avec un poĂȘle en acier inoxydable. De nouvelles armoires avec des comptoirs en granit laissent beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour la prĂ©paration des aliments. Clean-up est un jeu d'enfant avec la puanteur de l'acier inoxydable, tirez robinet, et lave-vaisselle en acier inoxydable. La cuisine dispose d'une cafetiĂšre, un grille-pain, mixeur, verres, plats et tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer vos repas. Manger Ă  la table de salle Ă  dĂ©plier ou manger sur le balcon donnant sur la piscine. Lorsque vous avez terminĂ© de manger, se dĂ©tendre dans les fauteuils confortables et attraper le jeu ou des nouvelles sur la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat.
Le placard de jouet a des chaises de plage, tapis de plage, un refroidisseur de roulement, et des planches de bodyboard. Le fer et planche à repasser pendre également ici. Prenez une boisson froide et de passer à la véranda, ou à travers la rue de la plage.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. He had chairs and boogie boards for us to use while we were there and the property was so close to all the main Poipu attractions! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfectly Situated

This property was perfectly situated whether you were sitting on the deck, going to the Beach House Restaurant, enjoying time on the beach, or driving short distances to shopping, beaches, coastal hikes, and points west! The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was welcomed! It was all that we needed!

Comfortable stay at Poipu

The studio was roomy and well equipped, including stove and plenty of cooking utensils to cook meals when desired. Lovely beach for sunset viewing and convenient shops and restaurants within walking distance. Personnel on site are pleasant.

Huge Studio

The Studio was awesome. My husband was worried at first when I said it was going to be a studio, but we were very impressed. Nice pool, walk to the ocean. I was hoping the beach would have been more sandy, but people watching was awesome.

Wonderful Stay at Prince Kuhio

We loved our stay at the condo. It was the perfect size, layout, location, and amenities for the 2 of us. The condo had everything we needed: fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen and bath, comfy bed, balcony with gorgeous view, and beach amenities. The location was ideal: close to the beaches, Waimea canyon, shopping and restaurants.

Nice spot in Poipu!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen remodel is terrific, the room is spacious and well-appointed, and the air conditioning is wonderful. We loved having the extra fan. Prince Kuhio is in a convenient location that allowed us to easily access Waimea Canyon, Old Koloa Town, the Beach House restaurant, and our boat tour. It is an older well-maintained property but do not expect a new flashy resort vibe. It is a solid property that is a good value in a good location.

Happy in Hawaii

Enjoyed the location-we walked a block, rented snorkel gear, and 10 steps later were seeing colorful fish! Also, walked 10-ish minutes to shops and restaurants each night. Appreciated having boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella when we went to Poi’pu beach, and having a full kitchen, comfortable bed and peaceful gardens out the window when we returned. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Charming Kuaui Condo

We appreciated all the extras in the condo such as beach chairs, towels & umbrella. We especially enjoyed jogging and our time on the beach. Breakfast on the patio was really nice.

Beautiful property, location top notch

We arrived after 11:00 at night, exhausted and ready to fall into bed! Prince Kuhio was easy to find, our condo was easily accessible and the bed was a welcome site. Prince Kuhio

Spacious studio well equipped for the beach and cooking. Before arriving, I thought it would be too small, but no, the space was ample, much better than a hotel room. There's even a small patio with a little table for eating outside on the pool side. The bath and beach towels were of high quality. I have no hesitation in recommending it for 2 people.

Convenient location!

Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and straightforward. The place was clean and comfortable and, most importantly, has air conditioning! The instruction booklet provided by the host was very helpful. Parking was always available. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to the nearby shopping center, a fruit stand, and of course the beach.

Convenient location, perfect for watching the sunset

This location of this condo was great for exploring the Waimea Canyon, Koke'e State Park, and some really nice beaches. The kitchen was well-stocked and the closet had beach gear & towels available. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance. We had a wi-fi problem on our first day but the owner quickly worked to resolve the issue and we were up and running the next day.

The studio fit our need of a place to stay while we explored the island. Parking was tight in the garage for our rental jeep. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes - way more than 2 people needed.

Prince Kuhio 230 was a great way for us to add a second condo in Poipu. We also own across the street at Kuhio Shores and we often use both condos when traveling with family and friends. The kids love the pool and being so close to the beach.
