Dual Primary Suites: Ideal for families or couples traveling together, both upstairs bedrooms feature their own private en suite bathrooms. There is also a pullout couch on main floor (please remember that pull out couch mattresses can only be so thick because they have to be closed into the couch. Therefore if you want true comfort, please bring inflatable topper).

Pet Friendly: No need to leave your best friends at home; we welcome up to two dogs to join the family vacation. Dogs not allowed upstairs because of carpet unless crated (spring gate installed going upstairs to the bedrooms). Back yard is not manicured and therefore not usable by pets (no more than 2 dogs and there is pet fee of $125)(please create dogs if left unsupervised).

Comfort & Connectivity Stay cool with central AC and ceiling fans throughout the home. Between beach trips, enjoy high-speed WiFi and smart TV streaming, or fire up the private gas grill for an afternoon barbecue (please note that backyard is not manicured so it is not suitable for pets, people or children).

With this location you are perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Navarre Beach has to offer. Publix, Walmart, ect is 2 - 4 miles away. If you don't want to lug your beach chairs and umbrella, ect. $20 purchase at Walmart gets you 2 new Beach chairs with umbrella!

Steps to the Sand: Easy walking access to the Gulf.

Local Eats: Minutes from local favorites like Scooter’s Fish House and Dewey Destin’s.

Note: Pool behind town house belongs to another neighborhood and you will not have access to it.

Townhouse is 3 levels with 2 sets of stairs. Accessibility Note: Entry involves a carport, then a flight of stairs to main level and then a secondary flight of stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms. Please see the photos for a clear view of the property entrance.

For guests that will be with us on a Friday night, please roll trash cans to curb for Saturday morning pick up.

Misc: please be aware that during high turnaround of units, clean towels may be left in the dryer. We do this because at times the dryer takes longer to dry the towels fully and we do not want to fold them when they are not fully dry. If you find towels in the dryer please note that they are clean and ready for use.

Starter soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap "trial size".

Nothing can be delivered, there is a dollar tree across the causeway in the Win-Dixie shopping center and Walmart is 5 minutes away once off the causeway.
