The important things were there, clean, nice towels, a very comfy bed with big fluffy pillows, a larger fridge and the beach is directly across the street, and my dog was allowed no extra charge. The owner also doesn't force you to purchase insurance, a new thing I'm seeing on VRBO a lot and it adds a nice chunk of expense onto your stay or a ridiculous deposit is required. Passed up a few based on that until I found this one. We were happy with the room and most especially the location and the price was good being so close to the beach. The downside was the digital door lock kept failing, but there is a key in the lockbox so I just kept that on me. We had trouble getting in and the owner who lives right behind the units came right over. Internet went out and he called comcast at nearly 10 at night. So he is attentive and available. We only had one wash cloth though and he forgot to bring it, but not a super big deal. The room is very much like a motel room, not an apartment. It suited our needs just fine though. However, there should be a table lamp instead of just a bright ceiling fan light for the sleeping area. The desk drawer doesn't open. The rack on the bathroom door is missing a rod and the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way unless you put something up against it. No microwave. Very loud neighbors the 1st night who kept us up all night, bad luck. Enough room for my daughter to have a twin air mattress and inflatable chair. Overall, I recommend this room.
