Pet friendly studio with loft. 2 blocks from downtown and 5 blocks from the ocean. Quiet street in central location. Enclosed back for pets. Front patio to enjoy Pacific Grove’s beautiful weather. Driveway for easy parking. Cats and dogs live on the property. Property is a duplex . There are kids toys for borrowing. We have surf boards and boogies boards as well for use.

Nice location. A short walk took us to downtown Pacific Grove. Could easily walk to the beach if so desired. Nice and cozy spot was perfect for our desire to chill away from home.

Comfortable stay for our family of four. Our teens enjoyed the basketball and hoop and Velcro dart game. Bed was comfortable and furnished with good sheets and blankets. Centrally located with lots of great spots within walking distance. Host was very communicative and prompt with responses. Overall a great experience.

This little place is in a great location with being able to walk to shops and the beach. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It is very family friendly and cozy as you could hear children laughing and playing outside. Such nice sounds in a tech crazy world. There was a bit of dog hair and dust bunnies to deal with, but nothing to extreme especially knowing it is a pet friendly rental. A quick call to the host took care of the problem. We enjoyed our stay there.

The property was dog-friendly, which was great for our little pup, but it didn’t have an ocean view. Unfortunately, we had a long list of issues that left us disappointed with this VRBO stay. To start, there was old, disgusting food left in the freezer. The townhouse badly needed a thorough cleaning, especially under and around the bed, and there were cobwebs on various items both inside and outside. The bed was made up of several thin, mismatched mattresses that kept sliding apart and were extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all, the lock on the sliding glass door was malfunctioning, leaving my wife and me locked out for half an hour while I "jimmied" the lock with the key. Our vacation to Pacific Grove was a disaster. We left two days early.

Nice quaint place, owner was very helpful and courteous. If you are wanting a comfortable place to stay in the peninsula area thats affordable i highly recommend here.5 Stars across the board.
